Description: Nuclei is a symmetrical map I made in the Colosseum on Forge World. It supports Team Slayer for up to 4v4. I got the inspiration for the two bases from the bases on asylum. I pretty much winged it and just built off of the bases. The four vertical columns in each of the 4 corners of the map are grav lifts up to the upper levels. Beautiful. Are you sure you should just aim this for Team Slayer? All of the structures and segregated lines of sight make it look like it could work for FFA (Free For All) just fine. And if it truly is better for Team based variants, try adding more Team Gametypes to the list (CTF, Stockpile, TeamKing, TeamOddball, etc.), but if your map is truly a match made in heaven for Team Slayer, add the other gametypes in anyway but just recommend Team Slayer in the description. Nobody likes downloading an incomplete map.
Thank you for the feedback. I will add as many gametypes as possible. This is my forgetacular entry, so I didn't have a need to add any more gametypes than just team slayer for the time being.
Nice map!, but why are there 2 of those golf things on the island outside of the area u can play in? Also, it might be a good idea to put a large safe boundry in your map just in case, so if people somehow (with some glitch maybe) manage to get out, they die anyways.
Pretty cool, just a couple of things, 1. I noticed your weapons are "fixed" for aesthetics, while nice looking, its not practical because the weapons can not be picked up after they are dropped. 2. There's not much in the way of weaponry choices on the map, try to incorporate some more well placed weaponry. Other than that, it looks fun.
The version that is up for download has no fixed weapons, I know that the video is misleading. I will have another look at the placement of the weaponry.
This map has serious potential to be in MM. Excellent open design. Seemed like you could use some more weapon variety, maybe a power weapon. I only watched vid, am gonna have a walk through soon. Might be good to have more cover on the ramps, at the mo seems a bit too good for Jet packers. Awesome map man.
k so ive played this map allot the other day with my buddies on free for all and this map is amazing. we spent the entire day just kind of downloading maps and playing them on my custom slayer varient but i REALLY love everything about this map. i havn;t played it on any standerd gametypes but this map looked breath taking and i loved it. its a favourite!
