    Revball on The Splatterdome
    Created by Wheels36

    Recommended Players: 8
    Required Gametype: Revball

This wonderful invention was chosen solely for one reason; it has an invisible tree. I mean come on, Wheels36 somehow managed to not only cause a tree to lose its render, but he also made it a no-clip object. So this map includes an invisible tree that any object can move through like air. It’s almost like he never had a tree in the first place! Of course, keeping our obsession strong, we simply were forced to feature such a unique and innovative tree- er, map. In case you were wondering, yes I do plan to continue to rave about the awesome fun we had enjoying this map (tree) while playing Revball.

While you could spend all of your time running around, shooting people out of the way with your Revenant or slamming the ball cross-court with your ghost, I highly recommend that you search instead for the invisible tree. I admit, it may be difficult to contain yourself from such an innovative and fun game, but that’s not the reason you are here. Don’t fall prey to the brilliance of a scoring system designed using stockpile, a system with so many loops and turns that you’ll have to check the original thread for any hope of an accurate retelling, and definitely don’t be distracted by the massive ceilings or the walls dominating your view. Keep yourself focused, and see if you can find that tree!

You can choose which vehicle is most suited to tree searching, whether it is the Ghost that tends to be used as a goalie/power forward, or the Revenants that are the general purpose vehicles. If you’d rather leave your team with more ranged vehicles while you search with blinding speed (generally used in clutch stops and saves in actual gameplay) for the fabled tree, then you may do so. If, however, you find that the tree may be located on a level that you cannot reach with the ghost you may just use the Revenants mortar, a tool commonly used for moving the ball when you are too far to provide assistance or propelling teammates along when you need a hero, to shoot up the ceiling and hope you can knock it down. Either way, be certain to let your teammates know that there IS a ghostly, phased tree hidden within the court. They would be foolish not to take up the search alongside you.

yay! I love this map. Great job to Wheels36 for making it. I feel like you took the tree thing a little too far this time, though. It can be let go forever now. (Atleast give the map creator some recognition!)

What about nilla's Revball? I find it weird that they both came up with the same name. That said it's an enjoyable gametype.

Its almost like you didn't get that i overdid it on purpose, and like you didn't see all of my references to how amazing the map was within the extended joke. I think my humor is just too complex for your young mind! ;D

This truly is a worthy feature. I had to tear apart the ceiling and load a quick game up just to see what goes on behind that wall when the ball enters the goal.

It'll be staying on my harddrive for a long while. :)

Very nice sequel to hogball! I was impressed with the concept and scoring system then, and more-so now. The ctf system worked well, and this new stockpile system works even better. Congratulations wheels! Keep up with these fresh ideas.

And cool tree. Whoever can't find it must be outright stupid.

This tree, wait map is awesome! I played this like for hours searching for the invisible tree. And when I found it I got like 100,000 credits! And like gold and crap! Although the way the tree threw the crap at me was kind of gross, also the tree it self is really awesome, it's so beautifully nature-i-fied. Great job wheel36 on finding this awesome tree! Also great job modding the tree!
