12 PLAYERS RECOMMENDED YouTube - Invasion: Unbroken Sovereignty OBJECTIVES [SPARTAN] Neutralize covenant shield generator protecting the ship Capture gravity lift platform to get aboard the ship Destroy covenant cruiser with bomb and destroy all stolen research. [ELITES] REPEL GROUND SIDE ASSAULT THE GAME *NOTE THAT YOU CAN DRIVE VEHICLES WHILE CARRYING THE OBJECTIVE [PHASE 1] Spartans will spawn on the high ridge and elites on the ground. The game this phase is assault and you must destroy the shield generator to reach phase 2. The bomb will spawn right next to the generator so there is no need to walk across the map. Spartans will be given a sniper rifle and 2 DMRs while elites have two extra needle rifles at their disposal. This phase really requires team work. Work together with your team communicate and remember- camping on the ledge and betraying for the sniper isn't getting you anywhere closer to phase 2. LOADOUTS SPARTAN 1)Scout Assault rifle, magnum, sprint, 2x frag 2)Operator Shotgun, magnum, x1 frag ELITES 1)Warrior Plasma rifle, plasma pistol, evade, x1 plasma 2)Assassin Plasma repeater, active camo, x1 plasma [PHASE 2] The objective now is to capture the gravity lift to get to the covenant cruiser, in other words territories. There will be plenty of hectic infantry and vehicular combat to be seen as spartans now have warthogs, falcon and heavy weapons while elites have ghosts, a wraith and a banshee to work with as well as a plasma launcher. LOADOUTS SPARTAN 1)Scout DMR, AR, sprint, 2x frag 2)Operator AR, magnum, armor lock, 2x frag 3)Medic Shotgun, magnum, drop shield, 2x frag ELITES 1)Zealot Plasma rifle, sword, sprint, 3x plasma 2)Sentry Needle rifle, plasma pistol, evade, 2x plasma 3)Dark Assassin Needler, plasma pistol, active camo, 2x plasma [PHASE 3] Now that the lift area has been captured, the last phase is another assault game. The bomb will spawn back in the spartan backfield spawn cave and they must now bring up to the ship with any means necessary. Whether it be the lifts or vehicles, note that you CAN drive vehicles while holding the bomb. If you choose to use a falcon, there is an entrance from the top of the ship. Thank you if you took the time to read all that. This is the first aestehtic-ish map that I made with gameplay in mind first. I definitely did not go all out on the aesthetics to make this playable and dozens of major changes have been made to the map since its first testing game where the objective was to steal the nav core off the ship. It took a while, but hey it's finally done now and I really hope you guys enjoy this Invasion map. Wow it's amazing you were a great forger in halo 3 and in reach your incredible :O We did'nt play togheter since halo 3 and I would not be suprise if you don't remember me! Your maps are great and I will download this one and if I find peoples I will try it and tell you what I think about it so if you want I could show you my maps I did..! so continue forging and I hope you remember me lol
I remeber testing this, it was so fun. I liked everything about it. Everything was made thoughtfully, this should be in matchmaking. I liked how warthogs splatter you in the cruiser, when "mancannoed". When I tested this, no one had won, but it was good enough for a 10/10. Good job!
If I'm correct, you haven't played the newer versions of this.. last film I saw you in was the one where elites spawned with swords in phase 3 ship so that might've been why.
Whoa, a cruiser is enough, but a cruiser set up for invasion? EPIC! Hope it plays good, and I love the interior of the cruiser. Great map, looks fun. +1 DL.
This is sweet. I had an idea like this where you had to destroy a cruiser over the island, but it never came into fruition and it was converted to a slayer map. The video was great, you have a lot of talent in forge and in theater mode!
you need to work on the spawns for the 2nd and 3rd phase. it feels like you're walking a mile of death, make it closer.
Just out of curiosity, but does the cruiser actually blow up? Or can you even set something to do that in phase 3?
So I played this with a party earlier today. The map is awesome. Great job. However, the third phase seemed too hard, but part of that may have been due to hardly any organization on my team as well. If vehicles are destroyed, it takes the bomb forever to reach the mancannon. Also there is only one way to attack since bombs can't get into falcons. It really slowed the game down unfortunately. I understand you don't want to change it because it's destroying the cruiser, but maybe there is a way to tweak it. Again great job with the map, especially that cruiser.
It could with some imagination. You can drive vehicles with the bomb, including the falcons. I do understand what you mean though, but that's why there are plenty of other vehicles to work with. The third phase is without a doubt the hardest one to beat though as the spartans. It really does require teamwork and communication, I usually always get somebody to wait on top of the ship to act as the respawn for me and if we don't make it, try again and get the bomb a little bit closer every time. I've only had a couple people test who said it was too far of a walk but after adding a couple extra spawn areas I don't see what the problem is anymore and neither do they. If you spawn closer, it takes 20 seconds to get to the location. Spawn further, that's what the vehicles are for. If vehicles haven't spawned, choose somewhere else to spawn.
Well I haven't played this map yet but the production values of your youtube videos are outstanding lol. You should think about machinima with that kind of showing for a simple map walkthrough. Anyway I don't usually have any friends online who are up for custom games (other than infection but that's because I'm in an infection clan) but if I can manage it this would look fun to play.
I did not know that you set it up with vehicles that way. I'll have to try that again. Just a thought. For the back spawn just in case there aren't vehicles, maybe putting a teleporter there to a forward spawn would help a little. Just a thought.
That's a fair suggestion, I'm out of money but I'll see what I could do. Most of the vehicles or on a pretty quick respawn though.

I loved the video! (Even though you didn't use that awesome clip of me blasting down a falcon with the wraith...) Speaking of wraith, did you change it at all? It seemed a bit overpowered if you just sit on the hill with it. But maybe that was just during the game we played. But the map was a very fun invasion experience. It has a great theme/story and the forging looks great. You and your ships.... Well, great map rifte! I look forward to your next creations. Has anyone submitted this to Bungie Blog? I bet that video could get it up there.
You should submit this Gunner, I don't think I ever get the layout correct for bungie blog Anywho, with the wraith, I made the spartan laser spawn on phase 2 rather than 3 and that seemed to balance it out. Oh, and I was planning on using that wraith triple kill you had on the falcon but I lost the video... actually in the end I only had 2 videos to work with Glad you liked the video though.
Damn this is what my original Corvette was, but the aesthetics are SO much better, the covie ship actually looks like a covie ship, not some clapped out old covie/klingon hybrid. Same vehicle mancannon up into her like Corvette as well. I like that. Remember that from Halo CE, made Corvette based on that ability. CRV-3 removed that feature sadly when it became less halo based.
