That just made me want to make a shitty rage guy macro involving a creeper chasing a guy into a portal and on the other side the portal is above lava... lulz I just read on the wiki that the portals under the ocean/ not where they're supposed to be is also caused by building your portal against a wall (making insufficient space on one side).
I just made a second portal, trying to escape the clutches of my first portal; and I spawned at the bottom of the same tunnel.

I tried playing Minecraft. I was like "whoaaaaah, coooool"...and then I fell down a giant hole and couldn't see or get back up someone needs to explain how to play this game to me

For windows: C:/Users/account/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/saves If you can't see the appdata folder turn hidden folders on.
I'm not really willing to put any serious amount of time into figuring out how to start to play a game...
