Do you mean areas with clipping issues/z-fighting? I actually spent a lot of time touching up some areas, but some of it is just unavoidable. The Teleporters only exist in slayer gametypes, and actually I added them because the majority of people asked me to during playtesting. Rest assured, I have done everything possible to make that teleport uncampable, or at least as uncampable as possible.
This map looks promising. I'll see if my normal customs team wants to play this. I'll check it out later today.
Amazing, well constructed and well thought out! You should submit this for the Forgetacular contest! If you don't live in the US like I do I'll tell them just to put the map in MM and give the xbox to another winner
I actually constructed this specifically for matchmaking, before they even announced the contest. I'm definitely submitting this for the Forgetacular contest under Team Slayer. I'm just trying to aqcuire good playtest videos first.
I'm bummed I never got a chance to playtest this with you guys, but the aesthetics look phenomenal. There's something unique about your choices in construction design that I can see in every one of your maps including this, Deity and Dagger's Point. Invite me next time you're playing it!
Looks amazing man. Just from looking at it from the outside you know it's gonna be epic. I REALLY hope this one makes it to matchmaking, great map!
I didn't find that to be intrusive on this map. Little elements like that add character, both aesthetically, and in gameplay.
Update: October, 24th: I finally got my playtest film for the forgetacular contest. I can't render it, but if anyone wants to watch it, this particular match was very entertaining. I also submitted Overlord under Team Slayer for the contest. [br][/br]Edited by merge:

That "camp-free" teleporter, what if someone goes through the teleporter and then camps in there, the shield door being there stops others killing him too, i haven't tested it yet, so it may not be possible, so i'm asking, is that possible?
It was a minor problem on SWAT, but in my polished version, I added a soft kill zone to the Sniper Cage, giving you 10 secs to plan your next move. I played Team Snipers on this yesterday for the first time, and everybody loved it. Even the people who didn't really care for it on Team Slayer. SWAT is really fun on this map as well, but in my opinion Team Snipers is where it shines the brightest.
Very nice the half circle window wall is definitely the attention grabber for this map and it looks amazing. A lot of color and things going on which is good and bad. The layout is pretty good but it might be a little overcomplicated for a competitive map. Will give it a dl and try it out.
I'm really loving Overlord's aesthetics, the Hall of Heroes is simply brilliant! Although you won't see it in gameplay, I love how clean the outside of the structure looks...it's like some opulent alien mansion! You've won my DL.
This map looks great inside and out. Awesome line of sights, but it does look like all of the ramps could get confusing besides that however it looks great though.
The pics make the ramps look confusing, but everybody who has tested usually got it down by the second playthrough. It's very straight forward.
I was playing this again today and I realized that people aren't aware that there is a small gap above the teleport cage. I designed it so that a well placed grenade can be utilized there.
map looks awesome, just wondering because there is a lot going on and there is lots of glass, does it have any frame rate issues? cause they can destroy a perfect map
