ok i know that everone has been waiting for this moment the release of donkey kong. This version is better than ever. i hope that everyone will enjoy this as much as i do. The objective is to reacht he top of the hill, not to kill each other, everyone's objective is to fight there way to the top not with each other but with the objects flying at them. It doesn't look like donkey Kong but it looks very fun turning the damage off and giving every one rocket launchers and sprinting to the top looks very fun maybe put some fusion coils but that might make it to hard.
well it is alot harder than it looks, the gameplay is actually much more difficult than just looking at pictures trust me
someone else made a different donkey kong thats a little more traditional and has some interesting design ideas. check to see that the walls of the tunnel arent too low, on the other dk map with jetpacks and/or really lucky hits from debris you can get knocked onto the wall and cheat like that.
Alright, this map is a LOT of fun. Framerate chugs a bit, but hey. My suggestions: 1) Put a soft kill border (or something) along the edge. It is REALLY easy to get to the top by just hugging the wall. (All the pieces just bounce off the wall or hit it and slow down, so even if you do run into something it's almost never moving fast enough to kill you.) 2) Get rid of the 20 second timer on the hill; once you get there you should pretty much win the round. 3) Perhaps experiment with armor abilities? I see by your calling the one ability "noob" you're not really a fan of it, but I think it would be fun to give players some choices to play around with. Sprint is pretty much useless (I just used ninja), but Evade and Armor Lock could be fun and great for saving you from those "oh **** no way I can avoid that random piece about to kill me" moments. Maybe try Jetpack, too; although, like Sprint, I doubt it would be much good. Again, found this map a lot of fun! After I found out you can just run up the edge, there was pretty much zero challenge to it, however. Put in a soft kill border, perhaps add a couple abilities to save the player from random unpreventable deaths, and despite the framerate chug this map will be awesome.
