Okay, I thought I would provide some resources for the community before Reach comes out. This is in the hope that good maps will stand out of the surge of new maps which will appear when Reach is released. I may add more files to this small collection, but I currently do not have any plans. (If you have ideas for some then I would be happy to hear them) NOTE: Do not re-upload these files anywhere else, do not rip them either. I put work into making them and would like the reward points from the downloads < Film preview Photos LARGE VERSION Map download link MEGA UPLOAD FOLDER Guide to usage Download the template you want. Download the image you wish to use. Open the template in Adobe Photoshop. Import your image (You can just copy and paste). Place your image layer inside the folder named "Place image here", it may be different, but it will say something along those lines. Resize your image to fit inside the template how you want it. The image will be masked (This will trim the image to fit inside) automatically. Save your image as a .PNG file or a .JPG, .PNG will be a bit better quality but slightly larger. Upload your file to a service such as TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting or www.imageshack.com and then use the image in your post. ??? PROFIT! Enjoy! As I said before, please do not re-upload this anywhere or send it to others in need, simply direct them to this thread and they can help themselves If you would like the illustrator files so there is no loss in quality (for resizing) then just contact me and I will get that uploaded for you Also, if you have any problems then just contact me, but please do not contact me asking me to do it for you, sorry.
No problem, I would rather it be in the map section so it will get noticed and get used. GnA is daunting to new users..

It says the file is down??? Could you provide some pics? It would be much easier for people who don't prefer to download things (me). EDIT: I'm stupid... But pics that I didn't have to download would be nice.
Yeah I don't know what is up with that. Have you tried going to the mega upload folder I linked too? The links may work from there. I currently can't access them because I have had to many requests from my IP this hour, so I will be going to check in 10 minutes when the timer has gone Sorry for the inconvenience.. Could you maybe use something besides mega upload. I don't like it because if you don't click in a certain time some ads pop up. What you could do is import the pic into like gimp or paint then save as a jpeg. It would be much nicer I think.
Nope, otherwise I won't receive the points.. Trying to work out what is up with the files, they haven't received downloads so I guess that there is an error or something :/ I will re-upload them.. EDIT: as of now, all the links are working, if they go down then I will have to find an alternative. Either they are downloaded too much or something is going wrong. I guess I may mirror them if it is a bandwidth problem.. EDIT 2: The files are still downloadable if they display that error. TBH, I do not know what the error means but I can still download the files with my download program :/ Gonna research the error. EDIT 3: I believe it just means that someone else is downloading it. Just give it a couple of minutes until the error goes and the person has finished downloading, or just make an account..
These are meant to be clickeable links to actual videos, screenshots, or fileshares for maps. You edit the template image, and than use the [ /IMG] tags. Very useful btw. =)
