Personally Hayabusa is really ugly. My armor. This is the best one ever. Also, it's make my character look really beefy.
That's almost a "dream scheme" for my armor as well. I would just change the RS to security, as Hayabussa shoulders look way too retro. Currently I use: Head - Scout Body - Hayabussa LS - Security RS - Security My main color is steel, and my secondary is dark blue. I'd say scout and rogue are the coolest headpieces next to recon.

But all the armor depends on the colors, normally main white, second, cobalt, or black also, i think scout heads look ugly in my opinion, the front stretches out too far and looks like a birds beak, no one wants to take a bird face seriously hehe. And everyone should stop saying their best combo is recon unless they actually have recon lol, everyone wants it, but if everyone gets it, there is nothing good to show off with lol, and not many people would like it if it were easy to aquire.
Helmet = Rogue Chest = Sword Shoulders = Hayabusa i think the reason why i like the rogue so much is because it looks pretty similiar to reconz
