Wow. Thats all i can say. The aesthetics are absolutely amazing, like nothing i have seen before. The addition of the columns really disrupts the lines of sight. Good job.
Is it symetrical? If so the shadows can give one side a considerable advantage. If you look at the first pic you can see the areas under the cliff are far darker than those outside, red base in particular. Spawn camping could be an issue with the emphasis on DMR's and the 2 sniper rifles, with both bases being exposed it could be worth adding additional cover points or it may end up with one team being totally dominated. It does look fantastic though i really like the pillar and the vertical scale of the map, far beyond anything i can create. I'll be downloading this tonight if there is a link
Thank you for you're concern about the shawdow on the red side. I've already took that into consideration, The shawdow doesnt really affect much counting that red is a rather brighter color than blue and more noticable. I was a little worried about the shadows and any glare blinding players. One last thing can you see directly from say blue base into red base?
I'm sorry I can't really answer the question you asked.... It didn't make sense to me. Edit you're post so I may understand and answer you're question.
At the begining of the match you can't see the enemy right away until you move to said certain angles. Just try out the map with friends and you'll see the setup i've created.

looks really cool, the starting pic reminds me of the hive level in odst . seems rather small upclose but looks really cool with the pillars. I really would have named it something else that relates the the pillars supporting the thing

This map played out great. 3 friends and I 2v2 here and it seems to work out perfectly. The score was 25-23. Close game. Thanks for the map!
Thanks, I actually was forging with 2 "nooby friends" (LoL) Then I had an idea, I thought this might come out good. I started with the platform placements then the pillars, the map progressed pretty fast. I Finished this map in roughly 3-4 Hours. Be sure to show you're friends. -Stopex
This map looks and feels great. I like how the sniper roosts don't have total line of sight on everything but the jet-packs are an issue. I have only done a single player run around on it and not sure what you might want to do about it, but adding more cover for the walkways (biggest complaint I had on my map was also jet-packs until I added more overlooks and hiding spots) should fix that pretty fast.
Thanks for you're positive feed back. I've also been told that Jet-packs are extremely dominate in the right hands. I just expected the Pillars to help both Jet-packing and non Jet-packing enemies
