What's up forge hub I have made another map, but this time ... It's my first Aesthetic map ever. My goal was to make some sort of covenant like structure building and I did! Although I can't take all the credit for this considering some of the stuff I made was not my original thought so I put a citation type deal at the bottom of the post. Covenant Outpost 31 I really love honest opinions so throw everything you think about it at me... Also I think this is possibly the best thing I ever made. Overview: Rightside Overview: Facing up view: Front Door view: 1st floor elevators: Weapon Shelf Banshee Double Doors: Banshee Dock: 2nd Floor Weapon Boxes Sniper Lift: Outdoor Awning: 2nd Story Window,2: Sniper Tower: Alright that should sum it up, also try to find the golf ball and secret way on to the cliff. Also as I said I would my credit given' to the people. 1st: xxNO R3MA1NSxxx deserves some credit for inventing the covenant looking window for me and the elevator looking Teleporters. 2nd: thehatofwin when I downloaded your forerunners map the most amazing thing I thought was the doors made of glass sails It was very covenant like. The only doors I ever that look amazingly perfect, Thanks.
The doors were supposed to be forerunner, but i have been told they look like a class of covenant doors. Overall the map looks very fine, no areas look like you didn't put as much effort into as in another area so it has a very consistent feel. Even though i have not actually played this (Fallout New Vegas is beast) it looks like you did not use the whole budget. It isn't a problem, but most maps, mainly aesthetic, are better when they utilize the full budget. They most use it in a good way though and not in a useless way. Send me a FR so you can show me a more in depth tour and i can give you better feedback. GT: TheHatofWin
Yeah i'll send you a request tomorrow. Also I actually did use the entire budget, it was going to be a pretty sweet invasion map until I hit about $3000 budget so I went for a Aesthetic map. The budget is $0. The reason for this is because decorative objects cost $50 and I used more of those than I did of building blocks and walls, which did end as a result of a small looking outpost.
ya i liked the map. the doors were pretty great and the covenant type feel gave it a little more uniqueness. kinda wanna try a game on this lol
You have to take into consideration that forgeworld has very little covenant customization. It was the best I could do without making everything purple.
