Hey fellow forgers. This is my first map iv'e posted on forgehub so go easy on me. First of all i will state it is not playable.Just go through the teleporter in forge/theatre mode. Hence why it is in the aesthetic category. The point of this map is too take screenshots on or muck around on, whatever you want. I just made it because i like the location. It is very unique. I don't think many people have made a map there. Okay ehm... Screenshots. Well this is the overview of the map! This is the centre This is left base And me exiting right base Anyway i hope you download and enjoy. Feedback is appreciated.
Wha...oh...cool! It's out of bounds! You should post a screenshot showing exactly where it is. It'd be pretty nice if this were playable, maybe make two secluded spawining areas with teleporters to the map?
Making a map out of bounds does not make a map good. When the flooring goes onto these areas, it just looks horrible.
I highly appreciate you building this on the back end of my pet project while afk Anyway, it's a great attempt at forging. The area only gives you about 10 seconds forge time before you explode, so I have to credit you for your determination. I just wish the cliff didn't look so really low quality. :/
Thanks for the feedback. I didn't intend to make it look great to be fair and you are completely right. Out of bounds does not make it good, but i have been forging for years so i think my forging makes it decent. And because the flooring looks horrible i think i could make a decent halo 1 remake by using the bad graphics XD
that guy's just mad because he cant get as many comments as this guys has and he cant get his map out of bounds LOL im kidding, but great map
Initially i did think that was the reason he wasn't a big fan of my map lol. However i admit my forging wasn't at its best here because i was in my mates game Katanga Askar and he has moderate nat type (enough said about bad connection and lag) I am currently building a bigger better out of bounds map,will be on forgehub tomorro. Wow i like the concept!!! You should make one really high up,like miles up in the sky. Just a suggestion, i like this one but i fell through the ground!
Love the idea. Hope your new map comes out soon. i wanted to download desolation but I guess you took it off you file share?
Oh wow this is my first post,i didn't realise by removing it from my file share it can't be downloaded, i thought it was saved in a file set on bungie. I will re upload it immediatly!
Thankyou Katanga, yeah and i don't know how to mod anyways. It was built with 10 second segments and a lot of determination and a lot of Katanga's budget XD ! PS I didn't get a chance to go on my xbox today so i will re upload the map to my fileshare tomorro!
