I just have a few questions that might be a little dumb/obvious, but im new to all this forging stuff so bare with me. 1) Is it possible to overwrite a map on fileshare? Like if I have a map on fileshare and I want to edit it, can I overwrite it instead of deleting it and reuploading? 2) Is it possible to make it so somebody always spawns at the beginning of a game at a specific spawn point? Example: I'm making a map and I want it so there is one person separated from the rest of their team, but if its like 2v2 the chances of someone spawning alone is kinda small :/ 3) I know it's possible to make a spawn time for items, but is it possible to make things disappear after a certain amount of time? or if the game mode is invasion can I make an object disappear when the game enters a specific spawn sequence? Hopefully its possible for all 3, but i have a feeling its not
1. No 2. Use Initial Spawn points. They are under spawning in the forge menu. 3. You can make objects disappear in invasion. I've only seen it done by planting a bomb. So you will probably have to get creative.
1) Nope, you have to delete and re-upload 2) You can make two starting spawns(initial spawn) instead of more than two. That would work. 3) This thread explains it better than I can Official Required Forge Objects Guide
