Go to outer space for less than $15 1. Buy untreated Morning Glory Seeds "Heavenly Blue" 2. Take 400 seeds and place in balloon. 3. Take a spoon and crush the seeds into mush. 4. Place mush into a coffee filter. 5. Close up the filter with a rubber band. [keep the filter loose] 6. Place filter-bag into cup of orange juice, put spoon ontop to prevent the bag from floating. 7. well that's the thing, i checked online to see if they sold them at my home depot, and they do. illegality isnt the problem for me its that, if it's illegal to do this in my state then it may seem suspicious, a kid going and buying like 5 packs of these only, asking if they have been treated with fertilizer
