Post here easy ways of gaining Credits. Here is a tactic i like to use: 1. Go to Forge. 2. Choose a small map(Boardwalk, Countdown, Sword Base). 3. Delete EVERYTHING and save it as Empty [name of map]. 4. There ya go! You get Credits AND now it's easier to make maps since you can begin from a blank canvas.
sorry, but WHAT? you do realise you can only get 60 credits unless you play matchmaking/campaign? so this is BS
you must be drop dead terrible at campaign and firefight. Because you wont get more than 60-70 credits in forge.
No i'm not. I waste one hour completing Tip of the Spear on Normal with Famine, Mythic and Black Eye and i only get 600 Cr. When i forge that same amount of time i get 4000-5000 Cr.
you can only get 60 cR max from customs, firefight and forge and you say your getting 4000-5000 cR for an hour of forging? we must all be going wrong somewhere cos i wager that no one here gets that much no matter how long they play
Actually, Correction, you get more cR the Higher the rank you are... I am a Major and get 90cR max for each game... He is most likely playing offline and never connected to XBL
Yea, when I first got Reach I saw that credits were earned much faster/easier until the first time you get on Live. After that I also saw the max credit message for syslink games too, which didn't happen before I got on Live. Basically, if you don't have Live, Bungie lets u earn credits fast and any way you like. But if you're playin on Live, Bungie is keeping the playing field even (best they can).

I play offline and i am Warrant Officer Grade 3. Also: I exagerated a bit, i get 3000-4000 for one hour of Forging. And now, could we please share easy ways of getting cR?
Since you have never connected to live with reach it is really limited on many ways you can get credz, Matchmaking,score attack, the daily and weekly challenges. Since your offline as you have said forging give you a lot so im guessing just to stay with that.
