    Living on Dodgin' Square

    UPDATE NOTES:
    v1.1 Changes:

    • I've added in a minor grav lift near the platform. It'll spawn when there are 30 seconds left in the game, giving them a slight chance to reach the humans on the platform if they're not shot down.

    • I also added a custom power up right below the platform. Only one person may grab it, and it'll allow you to jump 200% higher, eligible to get onto the platform. This will spawn at the last 30 seconds of the game too.

    • Mongooses are all around the bottom of the map, for the purpose of being able to take cover on one. You can drive it if you're a human, but the chances of you living aren't very high either. Try getting a bud on the back, and shoot away zombies!

    Info:

This map was inspired from a Halo 3 map back in Foundry.
It's a fun map, and I've played it a few times with friends. There might still be a kink or two in the map, but tell me how it is! If you find anything that needs to be added, or even a bug on the map leave a message!

    Objective:

You all spawn on a platform. Everyone has three loadouts to choose from, each is useful in their very own way. Your objective is to stay on the platform for 3 minutes.

    Sounds easy, right?

    WRONG!

There will be crates flying at you, mines, and explosive fusion coils! There are hungry zombies at the bottom of the map, and if you happen to die on the platform you're going to spawn on the bottom. There is no "teamwork" in this, every man for himself on that platform!

Watch in hilarity as your friends get flung off the platform from a purple weapon crate and falls into the pit of zombies. Be the last man on that hill, and win the game!

    Note:
If there are more people in the party, say 8+ make it so there are TWO starting zombies just to make it fair.

    Current loadouts available:

[These are due for modification in the future.]

    -Sprint w/ Shotgun-
    -Power Armor w/ Shotgun-
    -Evade w/ Shotgun-

Also, sometimes the objects get jammed. But I've thrown in a falling fusion coil to unblock it every so often. So if they get stuck, just wait alittle and they'll be unstuck soon.

    Screenshots:
Basic overview of the platform, gets much more chaotic later and with people shoving.

This is the case if you fall off:

your map description is really cool, and your map sounds like it would be a lot of fun to play on, but FH rules requires having a pic or video embeded. (Here's a how to link.)

Fun game however armor abilities are unlimited so you can basically just sit in armor lock until the time ends. Other than that it is pretty good.

So, IF humans survive, zombies just have to wait 3 minutes doing nothing? You should add a way for zombies to drop humans down.

Armor lock isn't that bad, I see people trying to lock themselves every chance they get. It normally fails them half way through from what I see.

I apologize for the minor bump, but I've made a few small modifications and bring you v1.1.

The change notes are in my first post, so feel free to read them!
With the new changes, will humans be able to survive as well now?
    Go find you yourself! :D

I played this with three other people. I have to second the complaint about armor lock. Two of them ALed immediately. The one who didn't was killed instantly by debris. Armor Lock doesn't break unless the player moves (ie, on the lift in Reflection). I did notice equipment usage became limited for last man standing, but the fact remains that Armor Lock can guarantee either survival or last man standing status. If I were to play it again, I would make equipment usage limited or scrap Armor Lock.

I would recommend not using explosives, or increase the human's damage resistance. The falling explosives often did the zombie's job for them.

Yeah, I've noticed that. But the explosives were set in to try and counter people with armor lock. Like a guy armor locks his corner for a long time. The explosions come down at a moment you don't expect it to, and you technically just die and spawn as zombie bait again.

Wait, I don't get it. The explosions never seem to hit someone in armor lock, but kill everyone else. How does that counter armor lock?
