Packers lost to the Browns, but then again, it's the Preseason and we took all of our main guys out.
I'll be looking forward to see what they can do when they actually have their actual starters on the field the entire game.

LAWL, and you were bragging about how the AMAZING AARON RODGERS and your Packers would destroy them.

In other news, Eli Manning's forehead now looks like a basket.

My Eagles did alright in their first game. I actually didn't yell at Kolb too much.
They still have trouble on offense in the red zone. The past couple seasons it's been: Make impressive drive, get to ~15 yard line, hit some giant invisible wall, kick field goal, repeat. At least we've got Akers to rely on.
    But we need touchdowns.

It was mainly a problem in the 1st quarter, when all the starters were playing... :(

    Yeh wear it smEli!

    ...hate that guy.

In other news, Ryan Mathews is the real deal. legit. San Diego's offense is gonna be MUCH more balanced. Watch out.

What are you talking about? I can finally say we actually have an NFL quarterback starting for us this season. And if he goes down or sucks, we have Wallace, who is also pretty good.

Gotta laugh at Arizona though, starting DA this season will be a recipe for disaster.

Why is Jake Delhomme bad? Sure he didn't have the best of years last year, but remember, he led a team to the Super Bowl.

Christ, anybody is better than those jokers DA and Quinn.

well yeh, Im sure getting pissed on isnt as bad as getting pooped on...

Delhomme went to a SuperBowl in 2003. In other words, completely irrelevant 7 seasons later.

In 08 he threw 5 interceptions AND lost a fumble in the opening round of the playoffs Then, for some reason that still baffles pretty much everyone on the planet, the Panthers re-signed him for 5 years and something like 40 million. He then proceeded to throw 4 more picks and lose ANOTHER fumble in the 09 season opener! He was then benched for Josh McCown for the remainder of the game. BENCHED FOR JOSH MCCOWN! But Fox still decided to start Jake in subsequent weeks. Then he threw TWO more game-ending interceptions in weeks 2 and 3. he ended the 09 season in week 13 or 14 by throwing 0 touchdowns and FOUR more interceptions, AND broke his finger. He was then placed on injured reserve, and the Panthers moved on with Matt Moore.

And that's all you need to know about Jake Delhomme. Have fun.

Yeah, Delhomme is way past his peak. Didn't the Browns draft McCoy?

Have you watched either of the Browns pre-season games so far? With the exception of the game vs the Rams (to be fair, everyone sucked in that one), he's been doing pretty good so far.

Now you may say it's just pre-season, but remember, he's the starter, and against the 1st team defense of other teams.

EDIT: Yes, we drafted McCoy, but he has not been doing well at all so far. Rookie jitters I hope, but he looks nothing like the Colt McCoy of Texas.

So, you were saying? Delhomme took us down the field for 3 points. Sure it's not a touchdown, but it's the most efficient offense I have seen on this team ever.

    Hope you're taking notes. ;)

The Bears are such good trolls.
Seriously. They deserved to lose. Stupid new rule.

Don't worry the bears will wind up being 4-12 or 5-11 in the National Troll League.

What a failure of a rule. Detroit totally won that.

What rule? The only new one I heard of is one of the ref's position on the field.
