I was in a couple minutes ago and it was blank but he said it would be back then I accidentally flooded it
there was a big wall around the entire square I wanted to see what was behind it i made a tower to the top saw it was water then it all stared to flow in idk why this happened (I didnt delete part of the wall) EDIT: it wasn't the main map with everyone's stuff it was a big empty map
Which is a fatal flaw with Jay's map. If someone builds next to the water, and then deletes the block, the entire map below that point will flood.
which Map may I ask? I tested all the maps? Btw for the people who want to see the snow map check it out. Minecraft
For Some reason people cant connect to me, so mongoose i think we should test all the maps out before hand, But before you put the map copy and paste it so when the server saves the map we still have the fresh one elsewhere.
Seeing as this is a general Minecraft discussion, could somebody help me out? I want to set up a classic server for me and my friends. But when they try to connect; it just says "Could not connect, server may be down" But I can connect just fine. If you could help, that's awesome.
Just happened to me 30 mins ago, I believe you do something to your ports then change the link but idk. Go to the mine wiki then servers.
Man i never thought to look for a minecraft forum on here. This is the video of the amusement park me and my bro made, he has a few other videos of our little world we are expanding. YouTube - Minecraft Amusement Park
Never thought of that, and your love cave is even epicer in person. I'll try that and see how it goes. EDIT* Excuse my idiocy, but how do you open ports? Is it here? Or in my router settings?
The problem is not your ports, your friends can probably connect to it fine, just start your server and give your friends your external ip found at What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address To get your internal ip so you can connect to your own server, go to start -> run and type in cmd to get the command prompt, if you are on windows 7 or vista, just type cmd into the search bar. When command prompt is open, type in ipconfig, one of the fields says IPv4 Address...########## That is your internal IP, you can type that in to connect to your own server.
