Jump-Ball / Spaceball (name in question please make suggestions) Spoiler so basically the game is simple, grifball in he air. i mean sure, you can just use the colosseum but user made arenas are more fun. the picture shows one half of the arena and the tank is there for scale. the finished arena will be partially submerged in water and the length of the arena is twice as long as a normal grifball arena. the bomb spawn will be in the center of the floor and the bomb plant points will be on the center box on the wall. everyone in the game will get jump packs and the bomb carrier will be able to carry the bomb while using the jump pack. all other normal grifball rules apply. different classes are in question. for the center of the court, i think i will make it partially merged into the rock plateu for where the ball spawns. there will most likely not be a floor and maybe a death barrier instead if i don't use the water thing. i might just merge it into the side of the canyon where the waterfall is and have the waterfall be at the half court. when i meant bigger, i did not mean longer, i meant just straight up BIGGER. sketchup design: one place i might put it is here: either under the waterfall with the cliff being one of the walls or the rock being the center of the map. i might put spikes on the floor and a death barrier to encourage flying but put the bomb spawn on the rock so they can land and pick it up. if you choose "other" in the poll, please suggest the name that you would rather like.

Oh my god. That is fricken HUGE! I love the idea of a giant grifball map built for the skies and you also said it would be submerged in water at the bottom, that's an amazing idea. I want to know what you mean by "Jump Packs". Are you talking about the Jet Packs or something else? I'm guessing the bomb plant points would be in that square in the middle of the "X" on the glass wall? Cuz that would be pretty interesting. Good luck on making the map, and I hope you can set it so you can use AA while holding a bomb, you should be able to anyways. And once again, DAMN THAT'S UNBELIEVABLY HUGE! (that's what she said )
Considering on Invasion Games, one could not sprint or armor lock while in control of the power core, I doubt one could use the jet pack while carrying the objective.
OH MY GOD!!!!! YOU JUST CAME UP WITH THE SAME IDEA AS 200 OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!1!!!11!!!!!!! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG ITS LIKE BIG GRIFFB4LL But srsly, no. Maybe make it not just big but HUGE and with infinite jetpack and.... oh wait you can't use a weapon while flying.... /sarcasm.
They said it would be possible right after showing that Deja View video. For the idea, I think it might be fun.
Im pretty sure you only get 4 slates.... So you might have to seriously downsize this... although it does sound like fun

You should probably wait for Rooster Teeth to release the official grifball games, (standard, i remember hearing a rumour from runNOKYARDrun (grifball playlist guy) that they're making a few variations of it.) I mean, Bungie specifically asked Rooster Teeth where they want to go with Grifball. Creating maps like may very well be a waste of time at the moment, they could already have something very similar ready to be played.
I'm sorry but it doedn't seem like grifball and jet packs mix. Alos, a longer court would be annoying. try having the jet pack be unlimited that would be interesting
yeah, they have official people for building grifball stuff. im not going to have to bother with this. i am looking forward to how people create quidditch though.

longer court only works with more people, i've played it several different ways. i have a grifball variant idea where base player has hologram and ball carrier has sprint
