Well if it doesn't I still have pearl version so it shouldn't matter to much. Thanks. I remember reading that for the pearl/platinum/diamond and HG/SS that if you were to breed a pokemon with a pokemon from a foreign game that that gives you a better chance of hatching a shiny. I'm ot sure on how that works or if it even works but I thought I should maention it.
Nah, I've owned virtually every pokemon there is to own at some point in my time of playing these games (save for the newer event pokemon). I'm not looking for anything special anymore, I already have what I want. And the Ralts is male. I know for a fact because I became obsessed with Gallades and I was breeding for a shiny Gallade. Never got around to actually training it since I ended up getting one in a trade that I'll never part ways with. If I remember correctly, having an international pair (both pokemon aren't from the same game) somewhat complicates the process. I could be wrong though.
Masuda method - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia It's called the Masuda method, it make getting a shiny egg 4x more likely, but thats still like a 1/2000 chance.
Alright then sweet. Just send me a VM when you find your games and we'll set a trade up sometime. On another note. I have two ideas in mind. Idea 1: I was thinking of obtaining harder to get pokemon that are only evolved from friendship or types of rarer pokemon. I would then level them up a bit and put them up for a trade on Wi-Fi and see if I can get any sweet pokemon. Idea 2: RNG Abuse for shinies and possibly making a team full of them. I've got practically all requirements and it doesn't seem as hard as I thought it would. I'd also do requests for trades.
I can't wait until pokemon black! Video related, found in the comments of a Kotaku post about it. YouTube - The Tale of the Creepy Pokemon Hack- DS Retold Version
Alright, I'll keep looking for it when I get the time. School's been kicking my ass lately. And use RNG abuse. Otherwise you'll be jumping through hoops trying to get good pokemon for certain shiny trades. I still don't know how excited for Black I am. I assume I still get it seeing as its Pokemon and, in my mind, I can't let the series die. Oh and nice ROM. Kinda creepy. P.S. Are you a fan of Attack Attack by chance?
I'm not sure about black, so far the only pokemon there I'm interested in is the new bird pokemon. I'm about to try the Masuda method first then compare it to the RNG method. V, is there anything you'd be willing to trade for that shiny eevee? The only shinies I have are oddish and a bulbasaur.
I'm not actually excited for Black or White, the cover Pokemon look like they're off a Yugioh card or some ****. The only cool Pokemon is Smugleaf, and if I do play it, I'm choosing the grass type, and nicknaming him Smugleaf. I despise Attack Attack, my friends and I mock Crab Core, and my friend posted my sig on Facebook, and I told him I would use it as a sig.
I'm actually pretty excited for Black and White. At first I wasn't too impressed with the Pokemon (example would be Munna) but most of them are starting to grow on me. Aside from the Pokemon I'm really pleased to see that they are including version exclusive areas along with pokemon. I have a feeling I'll like them alot more than the Sinnoh region games.
I'm pumped for black and white for the sole reason that on serebii, they said that you would only encounter new pokemon in the beginning of the game. No more fricken zubats.
They shouldn't have zubat at all, they've been in every game, and nobody likes battling them; I think it's time zubat retire.
No, they need every pokemon. Just they need the new ones in the beginning. That was my least favorite thing about silver and gold. You couldn't get a houndour until you had like 11 badges. You couldn't get larvitar until you beat the game.
I gotta agree, I hated this game at first glance but now I think I might actually buy Black or White after seeing some of these pokemon. Some of the pokemon just look stupid but some of them are pretty darn cute! I think my fav new pokemon at the moment is Kibago, anyone else have a new fav pokemon?
I don't think there are any Pokemon cool enough to overtake Weavile as my favorite Pokemon, but there are a few that I'l liking. Kibago, Minezumi and Wooguru are probably my favorites so far. I don't know why but Minezumi makes me think of drug addicts.
I have no idea wat it's called but that big bird pokemon, I don't think it has any evolves or pre-evolves. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Being a fan since Yellow, I have to say these are the most ridiculous Pokemon sprites I have ever seen.
