Judging by this post, I don't think we're getting smarter.

Oh, and I can't wait for my GCSE results, I know I've got a distinction star in ICT (equivalent of to A*s), and I'm well on my way for an A* in Maths and Science.

The only thing I'm really not sure about is my RE results, but they're the results I care little about anyway. Oh, and I'm not looking forward to my graphics results either, my graphics teacher taught us hardly anything over the two year period he taught us.

Was your ICT the DIDA course? Not saying mine was too haha - just our school doesn't do that because our head says it's not as valued as the one course I did? Meh.

Yah, the work if I tried harder would only have took maybe 2 months of hard work. We just spread it out over a year. My teacher promised KFC, WHAT A LIAR! -.-

hey, dont really know if this is the place to put it, but West Derby is getting/has been knocked down, so I dunno when I am getting my results or if they are coming in the post or not. Wondering if anyone knows anything about this :X

Oh I would also like to say, I am only in year nine, so I aint actualy getting all the results as everyone else is, I am only getting ICT and Maths.

In Scotland we don't get GCSE's and A levels we get Standard Grades and Highers/Advanced Highers; we also get them like 2 months earlier than the res of Britain :p

Anyway in my highers (equivalent of A-levels only slightly more difficult and you get more UCAS points for them, although you only do 5 of them) I did pretty badly but I did a Uni summer school that allowed me to get into Uni :D in my 7-week Uni course I got B's in Biology and Chemistry.

Naah, I'm not on OCR - I'm on WJEC (A Welsh board). Our school most likely picked it so it gave us the chance to get it? Anywho, OCR messed up their grading - my (well everyone's) science grades (and other OCR exams) had to be put up to A* because OCR had them down as A's, which was untrue haha.
