    by bK Nibs

    Story:

As a survivor, you must make your way down an abandoned building and try to make it to the safe room before it's too late. The living dead are doing all they can to stop these survivors from making it. Strategy is a must for both teams. Stick together or rot alone.

    Weapons & Equipment:

    Shotgun x1
    Battle Rifle x4
    Assault Rifle x2
    Snipe Rifle x1

    Power Drain x1
    Trip Mine x1

Note: If you haven't played the first Fear of Heights, I would strongly recommend it because it follows the same game style and is slightly easier to understand at first.

Disclaimer: All the pictures were taken without the juicy filter on.

    Pictures

    Human Spawn:

    Zombie Spawn:
I call this room "The Bank Breaker", because it single handly destroyed my budget. It's also about 10 times bigger than necessary.

This, is a portal. There are four more like it. They each take you to different points in the map and give you different advantages over the survivors.

Invisibility, a zombies best friend. Spawns 90 seconds into the game.

The "Tank" powerup. This powerup has one purpose. To kill campers and survivors dragging their feet. This powerup spawns with 30 seconds left in the game, so don't forget about it.

The safe room, open. Get in before it's too late because the tank loves slackers.

The safe room, closed. You don't want to be on the wrong side of this gate.

    I'd like to thank:
B3NW, Spawn of Saltine, MickRaider, iTz CHEEZ3, Zer0 Ne0s, LD, Benji, x1134 firex and anyone else I forgot.

Thanks for constantly testing and re-testing this map so that it could be as good as possible.

Wow, This map makes part one look bad (not saying it is though). I love the idea for the safe room and the Zombie spawn, it beats Wall Slits =P. And the Aesthetics are extremely well done.
DL'd and waiting for some people to actually play Halo now...
    Edit: Failed at spelling.

    iTz CHEEZ3 < < All caps.

I would recommend you to ask someone to make a gameplay vid so that everyone that hasn't played it, can watch it before downloading and know what to do.

    Now for the map.

    Its amazing. 'Nuff said.

Just don't be a jackass like me, and throw your tripmine infront of yourself, then attempt to walk over it like a retard.

Hooray you posted it! I played quite a lot of customs on this map. It helped a lot though because the map is very balanced now. I always had to shriek when a zombie dropped down on me.

BTW, if you are gong to follow the purple highlight thingy..You forgot to highlight Benji.

I personally played this map a whole ton when he was testing it and making minor changes. and its amazing..Yeah there are a few problems with the overshields (if he changed that)
But i think it had a very spooky and Edgy feel.
(be sure to check those corners!)

Ah this was very fun testing it even though I didn't even know what to do xD.
I love these kinds of infection games where both sides have an equal chance of winning and losing.
Your aesthetics are amazing. The first time I tested it, I was basically staring at the scenery with awe (which is why I failed miserably as the zombie).
Gameplay was great too. Now that it's released, I'd like to get with you and some friends and play on it. Great map Burger King Nibs! :]

I'm talking with someone about getting some gameplay videos together. Unfortunately, i'm leaving for vacation and won't be back til next week, so it won't be for a little while.

I really have to stress how much fun the game is when EVERYONE knows how to play. It adds much more to the strategy and makes it more enjoyable.

FoH is great, you never know where the zombies are comming from or where they are waiting for you, as you make your way down, you never feel save. You constantly change the direction you at, but you always think the zombies are behind you. I mostly stayed in the middle of a group to survive xD
Great gametype and a beatuiful Map, I hope to see Fear of Hights III in reach

FoH III will make its way to Reach, not right away though. Now that i'm back from vacation, i'm working again at getting a video up of some gamplay of both survivors and zombies.

Sounds kewl. I loved playing on this one with my friends the few times that we played on it (we mostly play MLG customs). One question though. When you make FoH III, are you going to make a version that is just better than this? Or are you going to take advantage of the budget and item limit and expand the size of it?

    That too lolz.

FoH III is set to make it's appearance in Forge World. I'm going to take advantage of all the new objects and make the passageways larger, and more zombie friendly. I'll make sure the zombies can roam more without being seen. I'm also going to hopefully work AA's into the mix.

To answer your question in short, yes, FoH III is going to be much grander than the first two.
