That interview was interesting though. I liked all the campaign info, if this campaign is anything like ODST's, then I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

 

If you mean by design similar, with the hub city finding clues leading to other missions, then no it will be more similar to halo 3.

If you mean quality, IMO, it should easily surpass ODST

Has anyone else seen this version of the Battle Begins Trailer yet?
There's a couple scenes not shown in the other version like the red elite slashing at Kat and Carter pushes her out of the way and the MAC blast or whatever destroying a covenant corvette.

To be honest, I agree. The Halo Reach television commercials are very generic and just really aren't as good in contrast to previous Halo TV commercials.

I came after seeing the H2 commercial for the first time. "I need a weapon."

 

That halo 3 trailer is pretty spectacular. Even Birth of Spartan doesnt live up to that!

 

I found birth of a spartan to be really anti climatic.
And i forgot how amazing halo 3's trailer was, holy crap.

 

I hope bungie reveals Boardwalk and Countdown (the two mystery maps so far) in a future b.net update.

 

the 18-22nd, there is some other gaming festival like e3 and **** happening, and urk said we'd need new pants... so in a few days i think we'll hear something.

It's the same concept as E3 where developers show off their games and what not. and it's not next week, it's this wednesday.

we likely wont be seeing any more campaign action at all. its probably just some MP map reveals.

 

No, Urk said get new pants. If they reveal new maps, It'll be ones we haven't even seen the names of AND the two unannounced ones.
I think upgraded Theatre/New Gamemode/Forgeworld 2/New Maps
I would be disappointed if they only revealed the 2 maps though. Nonetheless, I'm not getting my hopes up, because if it's a big surprise I'll be even happier

 

What about new armor abilities? Like I said before, my friend has a friend that works at Bungie. His friend told him there are ten armor abilities in total.
