Well, this tag certainly has better flow, well done for improving on that front . Otherwise, the lighting is decent, though in my opinion i think you could possibly darken up the edges a tad to give more definition and focus of the focal. The effects are great, seems to be a strong point of yours. The only other real way to improve on this one is possibly some gradient maps or photofilters to really bring it together colour-wise.
Great, try this: Make a new layer, go to Image>apply image, then go to filter>Render>lighting Effects. From there an interface will come up with a drop down box. In this case i'd suggest default and then change the settings around and move the nodes until your happy. Once you've done that, if the focal is a bit dark, use the dodge tool to lighten it up a bit. if lighting effects doesn't turn out great, dodge the focal and burn the left side, and parts of the bottom.
