This is question that Ive been wondering for a while.: Who actually clicks on and views the links displayed in people's signatures? Some people spend ages making there signature look as awesome as possible, but does anyone actually bother or care to pay more attention to them? So yeah, post your opinions/answers on these two questions. I want to see what the community thinks on this subject.
I click the links sometimes. If i see somebody made a really cool map, or i see several people with the same sig and i dont know what it is ill go check it out. Usually the prettier the better
This^ TBH, I agree with yoyo. The better the signature is presented, the more likely I am to visit the link, and the more people with the same image, the more likely I am to visit the link. Ohh and dw, I have visited your link -.-
Only if i'm doing absolutely nothing I will click on a cool link I see, but usually I'm just trolling. jk Seriously I don't see the point in clicking a link unless it really gets me wondering whats on the other side.
Only if a topic of the link really interests/confuses me will I click them. Otherwise, I look at sigs if I haven't seen them before, or, if I have, ignore them.
I definitely click on peoples sigs. That's why I put my mapz in thar because it's a great way to get some more downloads
Most links are simply not very interesting. And the picture links I generally miss, as when I scroll down the pointer does not automatically respond to links, unless i move the mouse.
What? you want me to temporarily delete my sig so people like you don't go and make smart ass comments? I genuinely wanted to see what people thought.
Only every now and then. I'll click on Agamer's signature because well, it's his Wallpaper Pack, but that only happens when : A) My computer ****s up B) Sending it to a friend I've also clicked on Camo's link to Octo-Ocho, but that was only to download it. That was it.
Sometimes i do click links in the signature if i feel that the title of the signature is interesting otherwise if it looks like ordinary then i don't click.
Hell yah I click the link. I click the hell outa those links. Sometimes I get so clicked out, I have to go take a break. I clicked so hard on someones link the other day, I almost broke my clicker. Yes, I sometimes click them.
I click links, the little red diamonds in quotes and people's gamertags. If you are active on forgehub, I have probably looked through your fileshare many times. If someone brags about their "driving skillz" the first thing I look at is their service record. If someone I'm skeptical about someone's map advise I look at their maps (even if i have to do a thread search from their profile). A surprising number of people on Forge Hub write absolute bullshit in their posts. For anyone who clicks on links, click the image in my signature.
Depends on if what I see interests me or not. For example: A Vyctoriouz map: Yes A random n00b's map: No
