28 Seasons later, a 5 star zombie themed hotel --- In other stouf related news I've resumed making my handwriting into a font. So far I have all of the keyboard symbols, I'm planning on Greek and a few other symbols. I will be sure to include the sigma-with-a-dot thing used for eyes and triangles to triforce. I wonder if FHWebDev wo9uld be willing to implement it... If anybody wants the install file for the font creator just ask and I'll dropbox it...
Font Creator 5.5 Trial Version. All I know is that you can edit the glyphs (including their perimeters) and edit the font file info, which is all you really need. Best part is that as far as I can tell the "30 day trial" doesn't end. I just booted it up and it said day 196 of 30 and let me waltz right in. Oh and I forgot that on this computer I haven't used dropbox so I'm just gonna save myself some time and rapidshare it... http://rapidshare.com/files/408727603/FontSetup.exe --- quick tut on how to use it... First you gotta get your glyphs. If you are doing a handwriting one like me, get out a few sheets of computer paper, scribble all of your glyphs, and scan them. Get on a program like photoshop and separate all of the glyphs into separate image files Start a new font or open an exisiting one either installed or no (I'd recommend opening an existing font to make sure you get every glyph you want without leaving crucial ones out, and you have perimeters to compare them too) double click on one of the characters to open up its edit box. Now you see a graphish thing. The borders of the glyph are what you select, its not a paintbrush program. I'm sure you can guess what the lines and dotted lines represent. Right click and import image. Click "load..." and find your image for that character. It will show you how it will import first. Mess with the size of the glyph until you like how it is. Adjust the perimeters if needed.
Not really. I was in the shoutbox and mentioned it, then he started talking about what I need to learn to run a site but he wasn't specific. lol
