omg no way! I use to watch this show lol. I even got a little action figure of the blue shark. I can't remember anything about the show though...
The whole reason I remebered it is I was going through my old stuff and came across the toys. Needless to say I decided not to throw them out, after all this show is badass on top of badass! All I remember is that there was a mad scientist dude who turned them into man-sharks. He also turned a **** load of other people in to other marine life beasts and aside from that its basically Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on steriods...
I do not remember this show at all, but is it just me or does the black shark look weird? Ya, he's a hammerhead but it always seems there's racism in every 90's cartoon.
In the very begining of the intro it shows all 4 borthers strapped to some table, none of them are black so I dont see how its racist. If anything its more racist that you assumed he was black just because he has brown skin. On top of that, he doesnt look weird in the least, his eyes are just further apart to match the shark he was based on. As for not knowing what Street Sharks is, well I only have one response:
Oh god..I think i do remeber this show, actually...I think I had a toy where you put your hand in it and it was like a hand puppet or something...guh..long ass time ago..
