    if youd played it ( which i hope you did ) you would know rockets are usually used in the first minute, shotgun runs out very quick and sniper has many obstructed views to counter it out

    i spent it over 4 months so i really only did it on weekends

    it looks good but you should of posted when you knew game play was good.

    This map is very good. I like the structures alot but the name seems pretty cocky. This is great and all but it has the characteristics of many other maps in the forum. This is just like so many others which makes it "not so epic". I do love the slanted roofs on many structures you made. This really is very good.9/10.

    WOW! I love this map. It is completely amazing. It uses most (as I can see from the pictures) Forging 101 techniques. It uses interlocking, geo-merging, greatly built bases and map.

    I give this map 5/5. I think it deserves a feature!

    I will download tomorrow and then I will test it out with my friends and then I will right a nice clean review on the map and gameplay!

    Hope to see future maps out of you.

    Wow this map does look amazing you dont see maps everyday with these kinds of aesthtics. I like how u used walls to your advantage in this map. Gameplay should be incredible too but i see some parts that seem very open in my opinion. Still great map, should be featured in my opinion

    1 if you look up the definition of epoch you would find it has nothing to do with epic.
    2 i would like to see where it is open because i specifically made it to not be open, adding structures in open areas

    I d/led your map. Overall, I'd say it's pretty good. Well made. I really like the aesthetics that you put into it, and I love the style you used while creating this. I tried for a while to escape it. It is impossible alone(?), but with a friend can be accomplished. I did notice that you can get on top of the room where the sniper is. Not really a problem, but with the sniper, it could be devastating. I will try and play this with a few people later and come back here.

    Screen shots are great but don't do it justice once your actually in the map its ****ing awesome.

    Great job hope to see more of your creations in the future. : ]

    I wasnt trying to talk crap. This map really is awesome and I love it. I just sounded out the name and it sounded like epic. So I thought you were being cocky. Never the less, great job on the map and I think its worth a feature, I only played team slayer on it but it worked out good.

    Nice Geo and interlocking....it like an orgasm for forgers by the way the place where you have the sign a interlocked so that it only shows the grey ring, how do you do that?

    wow, lot's of interesting stuff on here. definitely a dl from. though, from the looks of the pics, there seems to be a lot of jumping involved. ever considered ramps?

    I think it is supposed to be open on the bottom. The post made it seem like this is a sniper/long range map. But i do think you are right and it could use a bit more cover.

    Oh wow so you're the creator of this map. I have seen at least 4 different people claim to have made this map before too. I really hate when that happens.

    Jeef made the F*cking map. He made it before ghost merging which is why he had to save some of his films of making the map because his merges were so amazing. People thought he modded but he didnt and doesn't. Jeef 100% made this map. Look at the date on the map post guys. That is why you have had this map on your Fileshare for so long. The map revolutionized Forge in a way. He created amazing aesthetics and one of the best Sniper towers I have ever seen. One of the reasons I sometimes prefer other sites over Forgehub is because maps like this don't get Featured.

    Maps don't get featured just because they have amazing aesthetics or one of the best sniper towers you have ever seen. Maps get featured for gameplay, balance, aesthetics, durability, enjoyment, and originality. Though I'm sure this might be one of the most aesthetic maps made in 2008, it doesn't look like it provides the best gameplay because the only way to get around is by jumping. And by the way, most competitive maps don't have sniper towers, because when you think of sniper tower, you think the map creator forged an area specificaly set up for a specific power weapon. I'd have to call that a no-no in gameplay. I could see a great use for a sniper tower in duck hunt, but not a competitive map.

    Also, though necros are no longer handed out, I'd have to say this was a completely unnecessary necro. You can bump a map from 2008 with a review, or something regarding the current version, but just to claim that you forged it. No. Just no.

    This map does have amazing gameplay also BTW. What is it with people and starting arguments? You disagree with my opinions. Good for you.
    I didnt ask to be corrected (even though you cant correct someones opinion).
    You said it doesnt look like it provide good gameplay. How about YOU download the map and then rate gameplay.
    It has a Sniper tower because (I am positive) that Jeef designed this map in ind for Assymetric gametypes like one flag. Usually each base will get their own power weapon and there will be one to fight for in the middle (Based off of maps I have seen in the past). The sniper tower wasn't just for aesthetics. He wanted the sniper on the Attacker's side to be able to support his teammates whenever they decided to rush their flag.
    Onto another thing you stated:
    Jumping is definetly not the only way to get around.
    Mot of the fights take place on the ground level, and mot of the weapons are on the ground level too, so having jumps that take you to an unpopulated part of the map usually isnt going to affect gameplay. The entrances from ground level onto the Defender walkway has stairs on both sides.

    I remember this map. It looked cool. Then I played it... It was all just spamming of grenades and spraying of bulletins on the ground floor and it was a pain in the ass to move around the rest of the map because you had to focus on making several jumps to even get to where you wanted to go. Really didn't dig that. People really should focus more on smooth thoughtless transitions from height levels on their maps. Its called "the ramp".
