I think one part of the map is the default multiplayer part of it, and the other outside part could be the default firefight part of the map (firefight on Blood Gulch/ slayer on Blood Gulch) not sure about the name though.

For years now you've all sat by watching Bungie employees run amok through Halo 3 with our fancy flaming helmets. This special secret armor is reserved only for our team but today, in honor of Bungie Day, we're loaning our fancy chest piece to you, our awesome fans. This is a one-day only affair so get in there and get your flame on before it's too late. You should find a very sexy new chest piece, the one that resembles a sports bra, that will automatically ignite flames on your head when you go into the game. You'll also get a Bungie emblem by your name in the lobby. For today only, you can experience a taste of what it's like to be on the inside. Let the corpse humping flaming madness begin! Beware that EVERYONE playing Halo 3 for roughly the next 24 hours will appear as if they are a Bungie employee. They are not. While you may find one or two legit employees out in the wild, the truth is that our team is neck deep playtesting Reach so anyone who tries to claim they are legit is probably just frontin'. Tomorrow everything will go back to normal and just a few hundred people will be pretending to be Bungie employees. Until then, enjoy the flames. You've earned 'em.

Well, that was it. I really think they should've done another community playlist like last year... I loved playing BvW for those 24 glorious hours. I guess they were too caught up on reach to spare people to play against us though. All I did this bungie day was go on halo and take a few screenies of me with flaming heads... Sadly, the thought of me playing against everyone else on the internet with the same chestpiece on just didn't bring joy to my heart... BUNGIE DAY '11 HERE WE COME!
Thats basically the same as I did... I thought Bungie days were supposed to be THE biggest thing that happens ever but I was wrong What a dissapointing day
Get over it. Just because it's Bungie Day doesn't mean something super ****ing awesome needs to happen. Bungie are focusing on Reach and clearly haven't had the time to come up with something like the last two years. Everyone should just be glad that Bungie has managed to create a game that has lasted nearly three years and still manages to get a good amount of players each day.
Don't be disappoint yet. All the awsome from Bungie day was transfered to Reach. Play that, then decide if your disapoint.

Chill out there bud, these fine folks were only explaining that they wished it'd been something more, don't get all butthurt. Now for me Bungie Day was eh, I liked wearing flaming skull but I do wish it was more exclusive maybe to like those who have a set number of achievements, or something along the lines. It would've felt a little cooler.
They should have made it for all on bungie day and made it available all the time for people who have done a set number of accomplishments. Cause i mean come on after Reach H3 is gona die, all the bungie staff will be playing Reach (and probably wearing something kickass that they won't allow us to have -_-)
