I believe so. The grenade launcher works as a weapon with 1 bullet clips. What else is there to reload?
How about the Spartan laser? Constant stream of jesus beam? Or no cooldown? Hmmm we'll find out on the day of release.
Nah, its a bottomless clip, meaning no reloading. The laser thing will definitely not happen. It'll only really effect automatic weapons mostly. Also, the magnum cause you wont have to reload, you can just keep pulling the trigger.
I find it odd that forge mode has yet to be mentioned at all. Not a single word regarding it. And I'm not talking about info, I'm talking about just comments like "we know you liked forge mode in halo 3" or "things like forge make bungie what it is". It's like they are trying hard not to mention forge in any context. This leads me to believe they're going to use it as a bomb they drop shortly before release. But this bomb isn't going to be like other bombs. This is SO hushed that I think something huge is going on. Like, 50% of the game's hype huge.
Yea i was thinking a little about that too. There's been alot of discussion about it here but do we actually have facts from the dudes who made the game? I can't wait for that bomb to be released
Agreed. I bet something big is going down with Forge and they are just waiting for the right moment to say what that is. It should be very intense these next upcoming weeks and the weeks closer to release. Im sure they will say a tiny bit about forge before the game ships but hopefully it will be soon. ---
This may be related to what bungie has in store for bungie day. Just some sweet shots of the film crew that shot "birth of a spartan" and a spartan that looks alot like Kat. (Before the robotic arm) They've been strangely quite this week with such an important day looming. Tomorrow is gonna be HUGE! Just found this too. I'm gonna be honest, I did not think they would remake Blood Gulch. Looks like Bungie really listened to their fans which makes me excited for the other things they have planned Just look at the size of the map though outside the canyon... I wonder what it's going to be used for in campaign or if it's going to be used at all? It's obviously on a halo ring. That pre-order bonus looks pretty weak I think. I guess they're just tryin to give us a little more than the elite armor I think they mentioned earlier
you have to remember, pre-ordering means you'll get your copy for sure, at least at EBgames/GameStop, where doing so reserves a copy too, which is where the bonus is, I believe. It's not so much an incentive, because pre-ordering/reserving a copy means that you will get your copy for sure, while millions of people try to get the game at launch.
Read the second to last sentence in the last bonus section. It says the helmet will be available in multiplayer and campaign. Does this mean will be able to wear custom armor in Reach's campaign?
That was confirmed quite a long while ago. Your multiplayer spartan will play the role of Noble 6, sporting whatever you've managed to get your sweaty mits on (minus the flames in cutscenes should you have them).
