Bungie is most likely going to give people some gamer pictures/themes/avatar items along with a vidoc on Reach with some sort of lame playlist on Halo 3. BUT MAYBE: they will give away codes in a contest for Reach Flaming Helmet... or maybe even Flaming Helmet for Halo 3 (because there is only about 2 months until Halo 3's population is reduced greatly).
A flaming helmet for H3 sounds like something Bungie would do. I've never actually thought of that as a possibility, but it could happen
Maybe a 1 day Beta-Update type thing? Like all who had the ODST could reactivate the Beta in the main menu and we could see some of the updates they have made, or even a new map. One can only dream. <3
Or mabye they'll copletely re-open the beta so we can all play it untill the game actually comes out ! I was really annoyed when I found out that the beta wasn't going untill anywhere near the release date like most betas. That would be greater than flamming recon in my opinion. P.S What is the date of bungie day?
Sorry bud, but its not flaming recon. Its a body armor titled EOB (Employee of Bungie) that gives flames to ANY helmet. You cannot have flaming with the recon body armor varient, and it is not specified to only one helmet. And bungie day is 7/07, because theyre obsessed with sevens...

Its a random day where Bungie does something nice for its fans, be it big or small. I'll happily take whatever it is and enjoy the freeness of it.
I'm guessing some type of ViDoc thing that they did for Halo 3, hopefully for Forge. I don't think they would ever re-open the beta for 1 day. The servers would be acting up again (probably). Mawr Gamerpiks !!!

Vidoc and maybe another live action thing based on reach. Don't get your hyped up hopes going for something mind blowing. You'll just be bashing them later for your own mistakes.
Oddly, I really don't expect that much. Maybe a little ViDoc or some pictures of Reach. To me it doesn't seem like they want to release that much. I'd like to see forge but Bungie might just give us some gamer pics, or they could be lying about keeping their pants on and tell us everything about reach and give us hourly updates and release another beta.
This <<< guy has fingers FIRMLY crossed for anything about forge. Unfortunately, the girlfriend's birthday is on Bungie day (in '87, no less), so I own't be able to celebrate as much as the rest of y'all.
Well, Urk just had a kid, which is why the front page has been quiet at BNet (plus the holiday). Bungie stated that they are so busy right now that they "outsourced" Bungie Day. Most likely to Waypoint/343industries. I think itll mostly be info released regarding reach... but who knows. Bungie always has some surprises in store.
