This, short hair tends to make females look younger, I associate younger with immature, therefore long hair is best hair.
The cut itself looks nice, could be a little wilder and less blonde

That may depend on the person.

For example, when I started dating my girlfriend, she had long hair, then the colored parts of it red, it got orange, looked funny, she had to cut her hair. Since that day she always cried about wanting her hair back, when it was the same size again, she got bored and cut it again, the cried again ..
Currently, her hair is long, she wants to cut it, I spend 5 minutes of my day stopping her from doing that.
