I’ve always really admired this corner of Avalanche for a long time now and I’ve finally isolated it off from the rest of the map. The map is called “Natural Resources” for its use of many of the default canvas features of the map itself. Through many, many tests, this map has been perfected for these gametypes as well as possible. Wow, I'm impressed. Usually i'm only into foundry maps, but this one has inspired me to forge avalanche. The overall design is quite interesting, and the challenge to completely lock-off an entire corner, with a massive grav-lift is just plain ambitious. The overall design seems a bit shady though. Are you sure people cant get out, what about deploying a grav-lift mid flight? I think the map needs a little editing, but it can be really popular! Be back soon for more, - Squiddy-
Interesting. This has got to be one of the best maps I've seen on Avalanche. But it looks too small. Are you sure the sniper isn't overpowered?
Ulikethatdontya, you know i luv you, but you make the mot RETARDED comments i have ever seen. "this map is too small, are you sure the sniper isnt overpowered?" Most snipers are overpowered on very wide large maps. thats a fact. Onto the map. I like how you kind of made a semi circle and closed of that portion of the map, it is one of my favorite parts of avalanche because of the bridge. Nice merging, I will download and see how gameplay goes.
Ever heard of snipe-beatdown? BTW you're not cool for making fun of someone on the internet, just in case you didn't know that. I have to add that I think I see a way to break out of the map. I'm going to download and check it out.
First Avalanche map I have seen at this scale, using this area of the map only. Great concept and well forged, but possibly in need of some 'wow'.
