Hi I just wanted to know if you can still load up the beta to access theatre mode after the beta has finished (which it has now). And if you can, please can you tell me how? Many Thanks, Em0srawk.
From what I know, there is no way for players to access the Halo:Reach beta at all after the finish date.
Oh, it's just that seeing that the file is still on your console I thought you might be able to open it with a certain technique or something.
You can still go on the Beta, or at least I can. I disconnects you from Xbox LIVE, but you can still watch all of your saved films in theatre! If you downloaded the Beta from your ODST disc I'm not sure if it will work, but if you downloaded it because you got a code, then as long as you haven't deleted it, you can still access it!
Damn, too bad I didn't get a code for the beta... Is there a way to get onto it if you got the beta from your ODST disc?
I just popped my ODST disk in and I don't believe that you're able to access it unless you have the disk-less code. I was going to watch one of my awesome sauce vids, darn.
ODST access is closed. If you got a separate code then you still have access. I downloaded the Beta again after it finished with the spare code MS sent me just so I could get in to the Theatre!
:l My friend had a Jtagg and there like hacked xboxes or something and he was playing on invasion after it was shutdon and there was this missile launcher warthog but, thats one method one playing the beta after it clousure but I don't know if you can play it any other way
What? Please use better grammar. It's an internet forum, but we should still be able to at least understand what you're saying. I personally didn't understand one word of whatever you've just said. I'm not trying to be mean, or single you out. I'm just trying to help. ... Also, to , I don't think there is any way to access the Beta unless you: A) Recieve a special non-ODST code (I personally don't believe these exist, but several people say there are ways to get them) B) Become a member of Bungie (Good luck with that : P) C) Mod your way into the Beta (You can't go online though, or you will get teh Banhammerz) Cheers, HarisSales.
Two problems with that Harris; first anybody who is smart enough to pull off a complicated mod like that can easily figure out how to unban themself. But more importantly, you would need an access code anyway. The ODST access only works through ODST, and it needs an encrypted code to be playable. That code is stored online, not somewhere that will let you look at it and force the console to allow it, and since it is no longer online either, its impossible. Now if you have the encrypted code or an early access code, i could figure out how to get you playing online and everything because then you would no longer need the encrypted ODST code. And i could get it so that you have some sweet armor 0.o Lol, anyway i have three points; 1) You cant mod your way in, 2) being banned isnt an issue, and 3) Modding is fun =D
