I don't want to harsh your buzz, but i really hope that the first time anything from the campaign is made public will be when the game is released. I value story and immersion above gameplay and features. It broke my heart when I found out about Spoiler in dead space before I beat the game... Then again, I do appear to be the only one who really enjoyed halo 3 ODST... I actually became angry when my friend used a MAP of Mombassa streets to find all of the audio logs, while I had a blast putting myself in the Rookie's boots for the achievement... I'll just stay away from things.
Thank god. I just found it funny how few people did not enjoy that game and how many people talked crap about it. None of my friends liked it (at least admittedly less than I did) I just don't like starting to read the book from the middle.
Probably there are methods to do so, however my line of thought is that Bungie completely wiped the space clean white and then placed in pixellated squares of colour that suited the area. Either that or ran it through a pixellator a couple of times, whoch would have the same effect. If they don't want us to find out, then we won't. Some tech buff may have away to beat it, in which case we'll hear about it eventually.
There are no methods from google. and its pixelated really badly. Theres no algorithm that can pick that out. Each blur could be one of many letters.
All we can say is the length of words, the fact that on has a star next to it (useless) and the likeliness of certain things depending on the pattern of the categories. Or wait til Bungie tells us
This thread is being spammed. >.< I went on the Reach Beta yesterday, and it just disconnects you from LIVE whenever you go on. I can still access theater though, which means that I might make a montage out of the community dl'd clips I have on there.
I go on it and play in the armory just to pass the time on occasion. I live a very boring life during the weekdays.
I've got a new thread on Bungie.net that I think is relevant to the interests of this forum. It's about static weapon respawn timers instead of the hard to understand system we've got in Halo 3 and now Reach. Link
I agree with you. Although I never really noticed, now that its brought up I really want a simpler system. Im always waiting at the power weapon spawns, waiting as the clock hits, say, 3 minutes and then... the bloody weapon doesn't spawn and Im left empty handed having to guess when I can go back and get it.
