Yeah, but it's a lot of extra effort for something that's really not needed. It's like hiring and training a marine, to carry mail from one room to the other.

You really need to train a mod as much as a marine?
I'd think you'd need to just tell them how to use features of moderation (He already knows) What to do in situations (wouldn't take that long, can figure it out) and miscelanious little things

You still missed the point of the marine delivering mail down a hallway. It's pointless, and unnecessary.

 

Then train them to just do what they need to do. Train him to be a mod to HS (carrying mail) not to be a full mod (a marine)

 

Look, I've given you my opinion. I've denounced it in several viable ways, so why don't you take it up with someone with actual authority, instead of arguing with me

 

Sarge can attest to the fact that I always report in there, and the fact that most of the mods couldn't care less for the screenshots section, compared to the other boards.
