Don't you guys know that all Asians looks like children until they're 50, and then when they turn 51 they all look like they're 100. Can't remember who said that, some routine in a comic's stand up act.
Oh pokemon, you're doing animated sprites all the time? That's cool. Go back in time 3 years and do it in Diamond & Pearl, then in HGSS. Maybe then I'll give a crap, and not feel betrayed. Oh, and whiel i'm in rant mode; Bigeyesnake looks silly, but at least pokemon-ish. Rabbitpig doesn't fit fire type. In fact, it doesn't fit any type. MothercareWeasel looks like the kind of thing I chewed on when I was 2 years old. The sky blue & white colour scheme, the silly symbol on it. It's just dreadful design. /rant
I dont agree... better late than never first off, imo... And if you give them time, the starters grow on you. I initially didnt like the three of them, but now that I look back, the Smug snake guy is decently cool, the fire pig is great imo, especially for me, and I'll give you the otter... it is pretty lame, but still, I don't think theres much to get too angry over...
It'll take me a little while to breed the specific one, but once I do, is there any way you could get me a Kyogre? I don't necessarily even want to keep it, just use it to get Rayquaza. Go back to the HeartScale guy in Blackthorn City and replace Wing Attack with Air Slash. Air Slash is a special move so it'll work better with your Charizard's higher Sp. Atk. I'd also replace Slash with Dragon Pulse (TM59) and one of the two fire moves (preferably Fire Blast, Flamethrower is a strong enough move already IMO) with Earthquake to counter the super-effective Electric.
I meant in the context that Pigglez was using it in regarding obtaining a shiny chikorita. If so, what does Soft reset mean? On another note, I just started playing D/P last month and I am confused, what is the difference between stealth rock and spikes?
That video lags my FF. Anyways, probably doing grass, if good enough ill swap my sceptile out for him. Thinking of replacements for my spiritomb, suggestions? Party: Sceptile Metagross Walrein (Thick Fat) Moltres Magnezone Spiritomb I dont really want a dragon, as they seem to be pointless as the only thing they are good against is other dragons and the only reason you'd have one is kill other dragons; resulting in a loop. Thinking maybe tyranitar... Also, what should i have my sceptile learn? I have: Sunny day Solar Beam Rock Slide (Want to swap this out possibly) Energy ball Thinking syntesis maybe?
Soft resetting is where you press the a, b, start, and select buttons all at once to take you back to the title screen w/o having to restart your DS. And with the fourth generation came two new entry hazards: stealth rock and toxic spikes. Here's what each one does: Spikes: The normal ground entry hazard; can be used to have three layers which will take off some ~18% of a pokemon's health when they enter the battle. Doens't affect flying types or pokemon with levitate. Stealth Rock: Arguably the better of the entry hazards and a staple on almost all leads; only one layer is necessary as the damage done is based off whether the pokemon is weak to rock type attacks. Toxic Spikes: the third entry hazard; one layer poisons foe upon entering battle, two layers badly poison foe (like the move toxic).
I got my colored symbol from the battle factory,I feel like a success. Also,on another note,i have finally developed my INGAME team,if you care to take a look: lugia dragonite latios tyranatar blazican (the chuck norris of pokemon, dont question him) scizor I know,TWO ledgendarys, but i just find both of them to be epicwinlyness. If anyone cares I will post their movesets (and their "to-be" movesets)
I would but I traded my only good team to my HG and my HG is currently saved at Kyogre, SRing for him, so I cant fight right now... NOTICE: So since I figured out how to RNG for shiny egg pokemon, I think I might start offering shinies up to everyone here. The only thing is it has to be a pokemon I have, or you have (and are willing to trade to me temporarily so I can breed it) and it can't be legendary. So if you'd like a shiny pokemon and can't get one on your own because you're lazy/impatient/unwilling/uncaring/other... then I'll RNG breed you one. It's not cheating and it gets a nice lvl 1 pokemon you can EV train up. So yea... let me know via VMs if you want one and give me specifics and I'll get on it.
Why cant you EV train it? because its IVs will be **** or because you have to rare candy boost it to level 10 or what?
What? Its IVs will be random... theres a way to get perfect IVs but Idk how. And also, Im not gonna waste my time EV training other peoples pokemon. If you want to EV train it, do it yourself. It takes a decent 10-15 minutes for me to get the shiny, so that is the most I'm willing to do.
i reaaaallly am trying to resist cheating, but its tempting to get a big battle frontier streak going with my wonderguard spiritomb. and pigglez, i might take you up on that offer, but i need to figure out what i want first. and i can give you something in return if you want.
want shinee mudkipz Freind cewd= 3223 7883 2316 Has anyone noticed how some pokemon look barely different as shinies, but just look a bit better? like this zapdos, could you even tell it is shiny?
That is kinda my point, it is so miniscully different unlike a shiny charizard or metagross where the badass stat is tripled I personally couldnt unless i was playing pokemon and had a comparison to look at
