Tomorrow Red Dead Redemption comes out yay! But still... worst Monday ever for me... 2 tests.. 1 presentation, and 2 projects all due today. wow.
I'm excited for Alan Wake. Anyways as of now I'm finishing my six page term paper on the importance of reading and flirting with one of my friends while she finishes hers.
I took a couple exams today, and after missing classes on Thursday and Friday, I found out this guy is flirting with the girl I'm trying to get with.
I enjoy this thread. I have a lot to talk about on monday at 2:15 am. This weekend was my first official weekend of summer and the end of my freshman year of college. So naturally I spent the whole weekend doing what college kids do. Yes. That. All of that. And now I'm coming down off it all hyped up on 3 monsters and 2 cokes (not that those do ****) It's like falling off a cliff very fast and being suddenly boinged back up by a giant spring only to realize that at some point I'm going down again and I'm only going to hit harder. Ah... the ways I abuse my body. Physically and metaphorically. Which reminds me... I forgot to get my tattoo...
My life is extremely boring right now. All you assholes that get out of school around this time: Screw you. I'm half way through the quarter, which ends June 11 I believe. I was expecting a bitchin' $17.50 an hour the next few weeks working one of those US Census jobs, but after a week of training they have yet to call me back to actually work. I really wish I could afford to go to a university. Living at home and going to community college SUCKS. Edit 24 minutes later: **** my life my nose just started gushing blood out of nowhere and will not stop.
But...it's still Sunday for me... Curse my -10 GMT. P.S.: I get out of school on Tuesday, with finals on Wednesday and Thursday. High school though.
To my surprise my Monday wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was my schools photo day so I had to get my individual and year photo done in second period after an easy maths period. The absentees in my grade looked to be a lot more than the last three years. When we got our group photo the photographers told us that they'd do four photos and choose the best one. They ended up doing 16 because our year was messing around so much, got to the point where my friend got removed because he was sticking his middle finger up for the photo. Aside from all the lols during that time, the rest of the day was pretty calm.
I did nothing today, even at school. We were meant to have a computer test using our school laptops, but it needed the latest flash player and we can't install that because we dont have admin preferences on our own laptop. So yeah, that failed epicly and left the tech department feeling humiliated at their failure. I hate mondays...
Our school last eyar allowed us to install anything... This eyar, it's a completely differet story... Except I've installed the stuff to my network drive... And they're clueless. I'm on Skype right now talking to Insane on the school computers. But yeah. Monday is simply: Computer Skills class (LOL) Science with hot girl Math with best friend French With awesome teacher English weher we do nothing Come home Reach BETA/MW2 Om nom noms Sleep.
Apparently listening to gothic techno and trying to play the spoons to spoonman makes cleaning the kitchen go much faster XD
There should be a weekend thread, only open on Sunday. Friday- Canoe trip, smoked two blunts on the river, bullied freshmen, played volleyball Saturday- Got high, climbed in a contruction yard, got drunk, went to a party, gay guy was hitting on me, girl punched my friend with a beer can Sunday- Stripped down with a girlie, went swimming, later went to grandma's for dinner Monday- Homework, resting
First monday after i graduated. What the hell am I going to do with myself? Oh yeah. Job hunting. Oh boy.
I'll make it this Friday, and it will be open from Friday night to Sunday night, then when I lock the weekend thread I can open the Monday thread. The only way I'll do this is if I edit the original post of this Monday thread to limit the discussion of only Monday and the weekend thread will strictly be the weekend. Sound good everyone?
I'm game with that. Oh, and so today in school we had a pop quiz in Science and ****ing benchmarks in English. Luckily our English teacher also doesn't like benchmarks. And: 0 days, 8 hours, 19 minutes
Haha sure, we now pretty much have a community blog anyways. Anyways, hectic weekend was hectic. Friday was my highschool's prom. It wasn't bad, actually I had a great time although I set my hopes high for a few choice things I told myself I wouldn't (mainly the fact that I liked Alyssa, my close friend who I went to prom with but she likes another guy). Oh well; you win some, you lose some. Went to after prom tripping on shrooms and was in this spacey, contemplative state the entire time. It was pretty fun seeing as I made 3.5k in poker in like ten hands (everyone got 1k to start with, and the money was redeemable for raffle prizes) and me and one of my buds ran euchre table like bosses. Got home around four after dropping Alyssa off to pick up her brother at a local pub (nice guy too by the way), and didn't sleep the entire night. Satuday, chilled at home, and started learning Claude de DeBussy's Clair de Lune on the piano (wonderful song). Then me and my dad went to mow my grandma's lawn, which took 2 1/2 hours between the both of us. Came home, parents and sister went to a surprise party while I stayed home. Felt kinda shitty and pissed off so I went for a 5 mile run and a 20 mile bike ride to clear my head. Went to Five Guys afterwards to feast. Sunday, wrote term paper for my Honors Junior Composition class about the importance of reading. Stayed up til 5 am proofing it. Monday, went to school. Struggled to stay awake for first few classes, than was loopy from lack of sleep the rest of the day. Came home, did homework, practiced piano, and now I'm listening to music. inb4nomoreweekendposts
