I had this dream where this idiot I know attacked me, so I punch him and he falls on the ground, where he end up running away. Then he get a pistol out of his pocket and shoots himself in the head. Then my ex-girlfriend walks up to me and says calmly : "Why did he attack you? Or did you attack him? Or maybe, did you attack each other? What is the point of attacking each other? So you can win? There is no winning. You can only prolong losing..." I think it means something about how life has no winners. I've only had that dream once, in a stage of time where I was kinda depressed. I was with my ex then, and she always tried to help me, which is why I probably dreamed about her. The next day, the idiot I dreamed about proceded to get in a fight with me, and this is creepy, but the fight went exactly as the dream had gone (except him commiting suicide). It probably means something else. And there's a recurring one where I walk towards a bunch of random objects floating in the sky, and I walk to a cliff, jump off, and then wake up. I'm never scared, just... excited... I dunno what it means, or if it means anything. EDIT: holy **** that was a long post.
if you can understand this by all means: A group of people were in an underground facility, like think of a cave that has a normal house in it. Living room, dining room, etc. I think I was the families driver, but I was undercover. The family happened to be the rulers of this land and at one of the public meetings everything goes to hell. The vice president grabs the presidents crown and starts saying he's king and I tell him he can't do that and only the president can claim vice presidency. Flash forward, were back at the house and one of the women with me ask for a drink so I go and reach for the Scotch on the cherrywood bookshelf. And she hastily says I don't want any of that dirty Scotch, I'm going to call the women who brings me drinks! However, the flat panel Tv turns on and shows a barren desert. A women on the other side of the phone is in the same desert and she runs up to two very large eyes appearing out of the desert and she tells the women that wants a better scotch to close her eyes or "they'll" see. The women closes her eyes and the other women runs away and says wait till nightfall and we'll talk again. So the women on our end shuts off communication. Two guys in the engineering room start messing around and damage the generator and the TV pops back on I can see the women being carried away by other people. One of those men steps in front of the tv screen and sprinkles dust on the ground were the pair of eyes protruded before. Other people in the house walk into a room and they get teleported to the desert for some reason. The men who took the first women we're already there and took the new people. The women who was captured previously sprinkled more dust on the ground and then they left.
Id helped analyze of some the dreams, however I work it all over better through word of mouth then text. Still, Amber seems to like what i say about her dreams being she sees that alot of it is actually true. Just bear in mind a dream can be telling or just random. Some dreams just never say a thing and is just a collection of thoughts from through your day.
I've heard that you can get lucid dreams if you write down all your dreams in a 'dream journal', napping right after waking up, often having reality checks, etc. I takes a bit of practice, I'm still trying to obtain a lucid dream. Then, I can really **** **** up in my dreams.
I've always found that lucid dreams seem less real, probably because I'm having to fight to stay asleep.
I had a lucid dream once, it started as a regular dream. Then I saw Freddy Krueger coming to kill me so I realized it was a dream, turned myself into a Spartan, pulled out a shotgun realized that wouldn't be faun and I proceeded to beat him and some zombie friend to a pulp (staircase sledding was fun, almost as much fun as holding one between me and the other while the free one tried to hit me and just hurt his friend, forget which one I help, but it was the same one I rode down the stairs.) What I've found about lucid dreams is they slowly start to fade for me once I realize they are a dream, it takes a while but I eventually wake up. Though one time I woke up quickly from one, the moment I realized it was a dream. I don't want to go into particulars but it had to do with a girl and a kiss. When I woke up only the knowledge that an 18 year old cannot have a heart attack kept me from panicking enough about the pain to actually have one.
I've been having this dream, repeating since I was nine. I'm at the top of a concrete stadium, made of nothing but concrete. I can see the clouds and sky above, but the walls never go down so I can't see out. The stadium is a half circle, the lowest being the center of attention: the stage. The stadium is completely empty except for me and this man, who is very muscular, like a body builder. He is bent over blue stacking cups, repeatedly and quickly stacking and stacking them. He is wearing no shirt, but blue spandex shorts. I walk down the stage, not really even noticing him. Then, as if I hadn't noticed them before, I see red curtains at the back of the stage. I move the curtain to see thousands and thousands of gigantic balloons. After they lift the other side of the stadium is clear, also empty completely. what does it mean?
I had a dream where my dad called my and I woke up then I actually woke up and I thought my dad was calling me but it was my alarm. I should write down my dreams because I have had some epic ones. And what's a lucid dream?
A lucid dream is when you're at the most vibrant part of your dream phases/cycle/whatever you call it and you recognize that you are dreaming and that you can control every aspect of your dream. It provides for some pretty memorable dream sessions. I've had only a few myself, but its pretty fun to experience.
So it has some kind of tie into your real life? Like it has people you know and places you know and you know what you're doing? That's win. I think I've had some of that happen before.
All dreams have that. Every part of your dream is in some way a part of you. It stems out of your subconscious and unconscious mind. A lucid dream is where you realize you're dreaming and you take control of it.
Lol, it takes a while to develop that kind of awareness. Start by writing down any dreams you have as soon as you have them. When you wake up in the morning, after you take a nap, etc etc etc. Keep a little journal and try to document as much of each dream as you can. Also, keep as close to a normal sleep schedule as you can. We are creatures of habit. It is easier for you to recognize that your asleep when your body thinks you should be sleeping as opposed to going to sleep at random times for inconsistent amounts of time. EDIT: Also, kind of an interesting fact: on average, we have around three dreams a night, which is sort of weird to think about when it seems hard to simply remember one.
My dreams are usually just a bunch of crap that happened on the day, thrown into a blender and appear in my head in some sort of chronological order (so I can actually follow along and usually Im sad when I wake up cause I wanted to see how the story ends). Nothing really specific as I forget the next day, but on the morning I wake up I can recount exactly what happened.
I remember I had one really epic dream that I didn't want to end and in my dream I knew it was Saturday. Then the freaking "landscapers" woke me up. I was really angry. I remember dreaming tonight but I don't know what what happened.
