3 days until Invasion I believe. That will be a great addition to this bug filled beta. Also I rarely initiate a long assassination on someone. I simply smack their back (or ninjassassinate) and move on. No need for long and fancy cutscenes.
does anyone else agree that in the last 10 seconds before a stockpile subround ends, its a perfectly legitimet strategy to rush the enemy stockpile, and throw out thier flags like theres no tomorrow?
I found a glitch. When you sprint into the lift on Sword Base you are launched into the air but still in your sprinting animation. It also keeps depleting your AA meter.
activating it affects your trajectory if you sprint into the mancannon, so your bar continues to decrease. unfortunately, it does the same if you go into a lift.
I think that when voting for a map and gametype, it shouldn't lock people onto the first default, as some people don't vote, not just because they don't want to, but because they're doing something else while waiting for the game to start. It's forced me to play waay too many crappy 1 flags in grab bag, and way too many standard slayers in arena. --- Covy slayer and Slayer Pro are the best things ever.
Yeah sprinting into the Grav Lift gives you much higher and further trajectory, which is very helpful. But like Theorem said, it does it in any lift. I've been messing around with the Grenade Launcher on Powerhouse a lot lately, I really love it. It's actually quite a good weapon, the grenade bounces around like crazy. I don't know if it's a bug or it was made like this, but when you have a grenade launched and ready to explode [holding the trigger down] and you die while doing this, say from an animation or a stray enemy grenade, whatever, the grenade you launched will keep fizzing. If it get's shot or blown up, it can get you a kill, even after you've respawned. How cool is that? =P
Actually, when every you sprint and are in the air you keep running and it depletes. Its not just when you go in the lift. Anyway I think this beta is amazing the only problem I have with it are the spawns. When I play powerhouse in free for all I always get spawn killed. Like I'll walk for only a couple seconds and then get attacked.
Couple seconds? Man that's good. I have literally died the instant I spawned on sword base because it spawns me at a window/door beside my teammate and I have a grenade awaiting me.
Focus Rifle spawns on the concrete near the three overhanging, yellow beams, under the ramp and overhang that lead into the building. Idk about the Grenade Launcher, I've only picked it up from other players.
In the shower on the first floor of the office, I think thats the callout. The building is next to the red teams stockpile circle (not in the base where the flag spawns in one flag though)
Nope. That gun is full of fail. I guess it'll be alright against vehicles, but it is way overpowered on infantry.
Its just like Spoiler charging... ...charging... ...charging... ...charging... , yes now I can... *enemy walks into room* I figure once they add vehicles it'll be Spoiler No I dont want to lock onto that guy... ...ya I want to lock onto the hornet... ...wait no why is it locking onto the mongoose... *fires plasma* ...oh ya way to go hitting the guy in lockdown now. *smashes controller*
You know that you don't have to charge it fully to use it.... You can only fire 1, 2 or 3 grenades if you want to...
