Screenshot of the Week, Week 16 Submissions This is Forge Hub's Screenshot of the Week, equivalent to Signature of the Week in Graphics & Arts, except with Halo 3 screenshots. Shitty reach banner, I know. Each week I'll come up with a new theme, then you go out and capture a screenshot that represents that theme. The community then votes for which screenshot should win, and why. Last weeks theme was Fear/Horror, Congratulations to Black Theorem with this picture! Submissions end the Monday after the reach beta is over. This Weeks Theme is Reach Screenshots (Your screenshot must be taken in the reach beta. Aside from that they can be whatever you want) The winner of this SOTW gets featured in the site update! Submission Rules: • Entrants may only submit a screenshot created by themselves. • You may only submit one screenshot. • Screenshots must follow all forum rules. This includes those against nudity and pornography. • You may edit or change your entry any time before the voting thread is posted. • If your screenshot has won in the past it may not be entered again. • Your screenshot cannot be edited and must be a direct port from Halo • YOUR SCREENSHOT MUST BE TAKEN IN THE REACH BETA SOTW 17 Submission Will End the Monday After the Reach Beta Ends and SOTW 17 Voting Will Commence.
Ummmmm, this is almost the exact same thing as mine, since I posted first do you mind changing your submission? Thanks
I'm not saying he stole it, I'm saying that they are way too similar to be in competition, if you understand what I'm saying.
It's the beta, there are going to be some similar screenshots, especially with armour abilities, basically, he doesn't need to change it unless he wants to.
With all due respect, the Beta's screenshot effects have not really been uncovered as of yet, and therefore it is hard to find an original screenshot. I did ackowledge the similarities, and I will endeavor to find a new screenshot. If one that is worth putting up arises, I will swap my screenshot for the new one. However, if one does not, I am sorry, but it is staying as it is. Besides, it's an effect that's going to be hell overused when people start noticing it.
