Nah, because your either choosing from human or elite loadouts, and you can tell they're spartans on the armor ability indicators. I'm thinking it's just blank space. No special meaning.

 

Its a lot slower and the lack of a br type weapon is heavily noticeable

 

A bit of the over-competitive edge has been lifted from the series in this game... that much is clear. If you're really into MLG type stuff, some things in this game might upset some of you.

The DMR is actually not used nearly as much as I had expected. Nice weapon variety.

 

What, they add jetpacks and suddenly bad players can't get stomped on by better players and teams? Unlikely. Change is neither automatically good nor automatically bad, and the changes in Reach just point to deeper strategic depth to me.

Agreed on weapon variety though. I like that they took the only gun anyone needed besides power weapons and broke it in half, leaving the pistol and the DMR each doing better in a specific niche than the BR, but neither beating it overall.

 

I love the **** out of this game. Im merely saying, theres alot of "noob" weapon use that alot of uptight br loving people wont love.

I'm sure a week or so into the beta the better players will figure out the game and ruin it for the lesser skilled ones.

1 day and already the limitations of only 2 maps are driving us all insane though. Beware. lol

team slayer on powerhouse is the WORST.

Needs a DMR loadout like no one's business.

Ugh VEEEEETTTOOOOOOOOOOO!!!1!!1! I love stockpile on it, and i LOVE covie slayer on it. But TS is just miserable on it.

 

Isn't invasion opened on May 7 ie. one week?
