I'll start broadcasting around 5 PM EST, when I get out of my final. If I can get it set up right. livestream.com/insane54
How did you get in? FaF? I just checked my emails and I have nothing, I just hope i don't have to wait til may 3rd for my Halo 2 beta code.
omgwtfmadfaic I myself, being the non-important person and the no-life that I am, have to wait until MAY 3RD. At least I can play it before school....
Call me a retard, but how do we exactly get the Reach Beta? Do we just insert a ODST disc or what? Is it a download? I dunno.
you do have to download it. from the ODST campaign disc. and the disc has to be in to play it supposedly.
For the people who haven't had the chance or time to watch you play like myself, among others too, could you possibly describe your experience about Reach in words, that is if you don't mind doing so?
Yea, the "Extras" section in the ODST menu will let you download the beta and then play it monday. Though it's a Monday. Monday's suck. Really hard.
Off until ~8 PM EST on my stream...got real life stuff to do (WAT?!). The experience is pretty sweet. I think the major change is a slow down in pace of the game and more emphasis on teamwork over individual skill. Teams working together is a whole lot of fun in Reach.
Sounds good, that was one of my major pet peeve in Halo 3, when you would get matched up with people who like to ponder off by their selves and screw things up, so from the sound of it, it seems that playing with friends would be twice as fun, since usually when playing with friends, more teamwork is usually done. Quick question for anyone who has reach beta right now: If you have an HDTV, how's the frame rate? Is it seamless like MW2? or is it slow like Halo 3?
