Baby pokemon can't breed. Also, from my experience, pokemon of lower stages breed less frequently than pokemon of higher evolution stages (i.e. a Vileplume will breed quicker than a Gloom). There's no actual confirmation on this but I've noticed this pattern in my breeding escapades. Could just be me though.
My ditto and snorlax "Didn't appear to get along" but eventually I got a good amount of eggs. Just took a long time.
So yesterday I decided for no apparent reason that I would try to get one shiny version of every Eevee evolution through breeding. I'm assuming that this will take forever so I plan to only breed the eggs every now and then. My one problem though is that I currently have 15 Eevees in my Pc and I really don't want to let them go to waste by just releasing them. Does anybody want some?
I'm breeding Eevee's like a boss. I'm gonna trade one with a friend for a Mudkip... simply because Mudkips are awesome. I have one more Eevee egg and a Munchlax egg yet to be hatched. Pick a team out of these Pokemon. I have a good amount of Pokemon that are strong/can be strong easily. I just don't know which combination would make a good team. I lol'd... so I am so annoyed... I had a really good chain going with a Ralts, and was close to getting a shiny patch when I attacked and missed, and he used teleport... ended my chain at 37. Go **** yourself Ralts.

lol well its there now. XD Anyway, I officially hate Ralts. After losing a chain to a teleporting Ralts, I got my Dusknoir with the perfect accuracy Shadow Punch and Mean Look, and made sure they wouldnt get away. I got back to a 27 chain, only for it to break when guess what... a Ralts appeared. WTF. HOW DID A RALTS BREAK MY RALTS CHAIN!!!! GAAAAAAHHHHHH
I love ralts, it became my gallade! Does anyone know what the chances of getting a pokemon thats beneficial nature is, Ive gotten 1, but it took forever. So like out of 100, how many are beneficial?
theres like 25 natures. 4 are completely neutral, so they dont do anything to stats. beneficial depends on what stats you want. the other 21 natures will raise one stat by 10% and decrease one by 10%. for example, lets say you want a higher attack. 4 natures raise attack. so if all you are interested is a higher attack, there is a 4/25 chance that you will get a beneficial attack nature. but each decrease something different. if you dont care about special attack, go for an adamant nature, the chances being 1/25. if defense doesnt matter, a lonely nature is what you want, the chances being 1/25 again. theres also the synchronize ability. have a pokemon with the synchronize ability the first in you party, and theres a 50% chance a wild pokemon will have that nature. but of course the pokemon with synchronize has to have the nature you want. for a complete list of all the natures, see here. so theres not a really a set "beneficial" nature or "hindering" nature, it depends on what stats you want.

OOOMMGGG I just got my first chained shiny pokemon!!! I chained an electabuzz, and got a beautiful and awesome orange electabuzz at lvl 39!!! Its awesome. Im so happy
Has anyone tried RNG abuse/manipulation for shinies? It seems really intresting tbh. And it's pretty much legit IMO. I just don't know if the RNG calculator is a virus (I have such a fear of getting viruses, no matter what I download)
