Well, the Game Trailers thing was just on for me. Everything looked so cool, I'm really interested in the spawning on your teammate ability for Invasion; sounds like BFBC2.

Ghost looked pretty big too, like the ones in ODST.

Pretty sure that was the elite assassination, but yeah that looked so badass.

Some stuff I noticed from the videos.

Part 1
3:12- Ghost gets barraged by plasma, but player takes no damage. Vehicle armor coming into play?

Part 2
1:30- Elite destroys tank with sword?
1:42- Tank destroys phantom?

Part 3
Again.. part 3, 2:30 in the video- ELITE JETPACKS

Part 4
0:28- Wraith being peppered by the warthog, but player loses no shields. Again, vehicle armor?
1:23- Elite loadouts. 1st is Jetpacks, next 2 are evade, last is I don't know.
3:45- New weapon, similar to the plasma cannon?

Also, so I herd you liked air assassinations? Fresh from Noble Actual.

 

3:48 in part 4. wow that guy makes himself sound like such a tool.

reach looks awesome in motion though I must say. pictures do not do it justice. I love the new ragdoll effects too

-Vehicle armor: I believe that since you are merely in the vehicle and not part of the vehicle that when it gets shot you don't get hurt. I also believe that if the vehicle is hit enough and gets destroyed and you are in it you will be injured or killed.

-Elite loadouts. Jetpacks, evade, and cloak

-New weapon- From what I can see in that clip I think you are looking at the new Plasma Repeater Rifle.

 

No, the elite carries it around like a turret. It is at 3:33 as well, and you can tell he is moving slower by comparing his movement to the person's who spawned next to him.

 

I keep thinking that's High Ground.

 

Its not a weapon, its an objective item called a core. If you look closely in the info for invasion (in-game) it said something about capturing the core.

 

halo reach is the best game in the world and it isnt even out yet. The worst thing about reach is... that we have to wait like a half year till it comes out.

 

do you think we'll see the return of any halo 3 maps?

 

I hope they don't, because the community will make them, regardless.

 

Looking at how different the two games are shaping up to be I highly doubt it.

This. Within a month of Reach's release, we'll be seeing a flood of remakes to rival Noah's.

 

If your forging remakes in the first month your a retard. Forging is supposed to be about creative expression not blind fame-searching and copy-cat map making. Show some integrity.

 

If the beta is being releases on May 3rd American time that means I wont be able to dl it until the afternoon of may 4th.

 

sucks for you. i cant waiiiiiiit for the beta. how long was H3s beta?
