Ill just want you i am way under your level. Scizor-Lv49 bullet punch x-scissor agility wing attack (might make iron defense or swords dance) Lugia-Lv51 extrasensory punishment surf aerolast Dragonite-Lv57 (probably my main sweeper) outrage fly aquatail dragon dance tyranitar-LV56 earthquake rock slide thrash (to be outrage when i get the BP) crunch (for STAB) gengar-Lv48 (my weakest) shadowball phychic darkpulse (probably need to get that changed) strength (dont know how that got there..........) Feraligator-Lv51 crunch icefang surf (i am waiting for my aqua tail) thrash My two main sweepers are gonna get pwned by Blizzard. Like i said,im severly underleveled,im not even sure how i beat claire and lance in that double battle.
the poke man league. go beat it. many times. also, catch mewtwo and the other lvl 70 legendary (either ho oh or lugia) if you already havent. im not sure how your levels are so low. i was training a 5 man team most of the game. 2 were above 75 when i got to red, 2 over 70.
I'm thinking of dropping my Gengar for an umbreon, which has been (partially) EV trained in defense. While it's a powerhouse in terms of defending, it's weak, and so i'm using it as a support pokemon. (It's better in double battles) Currently, it knows: Swagger Mean Look Toxic Endure I basically use it to provide some backup to my other party member. For example, if i'm whittling down the hp of a pokemon, i'll toxic it. Or, if I know a pokemon will switch out next turn, i'll mean look it to stop the switch. Endure is there to give toxic / swagger / mean look another turn of usage (swagger in case they hit me instead of themselves, toxic to allow poison to do more damage, mean look to have an extra turn of being unable to switch) Thoughts?
honchkrow is officially my second favorite pokemon. he is the ULTIMATE speed sweeper. critical hits like a motherfucker. i'm at the battle tower, because apparently to tutor the moves i need it requires battle points. lame.
I've turned my Zangoose into a fighting machine of death. Seemingly mediocre stats are shadowed by his incredible attack, which is astronomical with a few sword dances, and then return (while holding silk scarf and 255 happiness) has a whopping 185 power. Swords dance + return destroys pretty much any non-ghost type. His Jolly nature helped out with his speed a bit, which was necessary to get past some of the faster fighters who could take him out due to his low defense. Other than that he's a beast and I love him Also immunity kicks ass and is hella useful.
Dun worry big guy, it's gon b k. Dark Pulse is still a good alternative. It just loses priority but you can always use it (for Sucker Punch to work the opponent has to be attacking you).
i found you can only get superpower, sucker punch, and a razor claw with battle points at the battle frontier..... i need all 3. What's funny is that if i had all 3 of those it would be easier to get battle points. i actually realllllly need sucker punch. when i come across a guy who's faster than me and has moves that are super effective against me i need to get the hit off first. y'know?
if you want attack stat you want to use cranidos. i have a hacked one which destroys everything. also have a ninjask with max speed and all 1 hit ko moves and no guard as the special ability
Changes/suggestions are in bold. For Scizor you want U-turn for STAB and scouting and Pursuit to catch guys on the switch. Choice Band works pretty well for this set. Lugia's pretty solid for in-game battling. Give him a Leftovers. For Dragonite, add Earthquake for coverage and consider Dragon Claw if you dont like getting locked into a move. Leftovers or Life Orb suits him well. For Tyranitar, you'd be crazy not to get Stone Edge on him. And Dragon Dance. Add a Life Orb and you got yourself a physical monster. Gengar is explained on the previous page. For Feraligatr, Dragon Claw is a unique move for him which still kills Dragons and isn't resisted by much at all, but you lose the supereffective hit on flying types. Waterfall is beat by Aqua Tail in Base Power but Waterfall has better accuracy. Earthquake for more coverage and Swords Dance to jack up your attack stat to unbelievable proportions. If you use Earthquake, hold a Choice Band; if you have Swords Dance, Leftovers is the way to go. --- Mhm. My best advice is to breed a new guy one. I actually have somee in my box with good IVs at assorted levels and if you give me a nature that you're looking for, I could check later to see if I have one for trade. Although you'd have to wait til the weekend for it.
i have too many pokemon and i cant decide who to use for my team. somebody suggest: salamence blaziken arcanine scizor gallade empoleon aerodactyl jolteon metagross roserade lucario weezing also garchomp
yes,but I do not wish to use all my good TMs (dragon claw, earthquake) for my ingame team, because as soon as red is gone I will start training a kickass team for the battle frontier.
**** Murkrows are a ***** to catch in the Safari Zone. I encountered about 10 of them and I managed to catch 0. Lame. Does anyone have a good moveset for a Lapras? I've decided to replace my Poliwrath and make it my main Water type.
you can get dragon claw at the goldenrod department store lottery, i forget what day though. you can buy earthquake at the battle frontier shop.
Can somebody please give me some suggestions for some pokemon I could have in my team. At the moment wanting a Gallade, Manezone and Roselia, I need a pokemon that can know surf, also one that will be able to know fly, but I cant settle on any poekmon!
