Lol, that usually happens to people the first time in the game, it happened to me. On a second note, Semi-automatic sniper rifles in BC2 are for noobs who can't shoot, period. M24 and M95 bolt-actions FTW! If you can't score a one shot kill, then don't snipe at all... Thats my philosophy...
don't hate the player hate the game, if u keep getting scrubed by the m60 or any other lmg do better. I get screwed all the time by the m4 and m16 but i don't let it affect me, same goes for the whole semi auto snipers. If your good with a gun use it, if not don't get all butt hurt when someone tells you off.
I use the M60 occasionally, but I still agree with B3NW. It and many other guns are overpowering. But hey, find me a major FPS with loadout capability that doesn't have that problem. I don't complain. And I don't know if I even want to play this game at all anymore. It ruined it for me when my skill level went from 213 down to zero. I hate the game now.
Who cares about skill level? Last time I played with you, Monoose, all you and your friend did was demolish buildings and do GOD KNOWS WHAT under a bridge that entire round of Conquest. Play BFBC2 because it's fun, not because you want to raise your skill level. P.S. I'm pretty sure you skill level drops to 0 if you don't play for a few days. Kinda stupid, I know. Just like everything else in BFBC2, the skill level system was better in the first Bad Co.
Summed it up perfectly. Skill level means ****. No one cares if you have the highest or the lowest. Same with every other bullshit stat. It all comes down to how you do in the match that counts, not the the other crap. On a side note, I wish I could have taken pictures of amazing scores I've had with the M24/GOL/M95, or the Medic. I'll start taking pictures soon. (Yeah, I kind of contradicted myself by saying no one cares about stats, when I'm going to brag about good scores, so shut up lol.)
I was having a competiton of who could demolish the most buildings the fastest. That's why. We were ****ing around. Oh, and I played yesterday -.- Explain that. It's not just skill level it's the fact that every single person in the game has to exploit every single factor that gives you an advantage over the enemy. M60s. G3s. M16s. All that bull **** that causes me to have an average life span of 2 seconds. It's that way with every game. It's making me want to sell the xbox and play Counter Strike Source because in games like that people aren't complete assholes.
Be a sneaky bastard like me. Take really convoluted and unpopulated paths and stay in close quarters areas. Use a shotgun. They can't win.
Haha Hari... People like you ruin my medic streaks. I seriously had the most amazing one. I killed like 5 people, revived my whole squad plus some lone wolves... repeated this pretty much(all while trying to defend an M-Com that we planted a charge at) Some kid has slugs on his shotty and shot me from really far away through the window when I peeped out.
That's a good philosophy. I would do that in MW2 also, but it always seems when THEY do it, it works, but when I do it it doesn't. So I'm just gonna be safe and say it's the same on BFBC2... But I can honestly say I've never been utterly frustrated at this game. I've gone "wow..." and "Where the?.... Oh." But that's it. It's not frustrating to me for some reason.
You act like it's my fault that your skill level went to zero... All I know is when I didn't play for a couple days, my skill level dropped. And, there's really no exploit in BFBC2. The G3 isn't even that good, and neither are M16s. They're easy to control, so noobs use them. The M60 packs a lot of punch, but it shoots slower than most other guns and has quite a bit of recoil. Every gun and class has pros and cons, so it's up to you to find a combination that works for you. Don't worry what other people are using. There's a lot more to this game than having the better gun. Brains before brawn. Try a different strategy if you're getting lit up.
