Anybody know of a way to get rid of tracer darts on a helicopter? As a pilot I don't have too much of a problem dodging non-locked on missiles, but I've found that once I get hit and someone locks on if they get a shot off there's no way for me to survive. I've managed to avoid being locked onto before, but eventually they do lock on and bring me down. I've heard repairing gets rid of them, but I haven't tried it out yet. Oh and destroying buildings is a very easy way to win as attackers on rush. I'm amazed at how little people care about a tank sitting next to a building with the station blasting out all of the walls.
Even better tactic, get your buddy to put all his c4 on a UAV. drive the uav to the station, shoot it with a predator missile or two, then suicide bomb with the c4(it wont blow up the UAV, so you can come back for another round)
Whenever you know you're gonna fly, put on the smokescreen thing. Activate it when you see the lock on light up, and it will miss. Easy.
I understand it damn well. It was the only sniper I used in BC1. Don't make assumptions based on nothing. Also, and ive said this before, dont use snipers. They aren't worth it.
yes, its a less useful weapon as with magnum ammo, any weapon can get long range. In BC2, using a sniper only makes you vulnerable and deprives you of any tactical advantage.
Not really, it's a 4 shot close up (and long w/magnum) and it has like the second fastest fire rate in the game, it rapes up close, is strong at mid and it's effective at long range. It's hard to get your head around it at first. This is why my accuracy is bad, I tried using it at full auto at all ranges first.
I love the UAV. I was UAV whoring today, it's really fun and you feel awesome flying around using the predator missile. You also rack up a ****-ton of spot-assist points from spotting people. I also ran someone over with it
M2 Carl Gustav with extended explosives in a chopper. This is guranteed to wreck the enemies if you have a good pilot. Also why do noobs always try to get in the chopper then crash it?
Nelson bay is awesome I've tried using choppers, I always **** up when driving. I just go chopper gunner, I'm much better with that. Got Gold Star 2 for mah XM8, which is awesome. Hey SRC, that coulda been me you splattered. I remember I was playing Conquest on Panama Canal, I was going for the B flag and then BAM! Splattered by a UAV -.-
Nelson bay is really bad. Its too damn linear. If the defending team wasn't sitting with their thumbs up their asses, sniping, they would dominate every time. The only reason my defending team ever loses the first two objectives is because they are in destructible buildings.
