I've never understood anything about how people do this kinda stuff. How on earth do you make purple lines!!?!?!
Hi Matt! Just wanted to tell you, when posting pictures on Forgehub, you really should embed them so that they're viewable within the site. Instructions: Spoiler Also, here's a list of Forgehub's BBCodes, for the future.
They look much cleaner if you embed the pictures with a nice title and description if needed. When you don't embed like the site says it just makes you look lazy.
These are interesting screen shots... some of them I really like, for example "birdly" and"Purple Lines." On the other hand, I dislike both "Blue Mongoose" and "Recon." You have some interesting effects, they just are implemented inconsistently.
Thank you but what exactly do you mean by "inconsistently"? I know what he definition of the word is but I can't see how you have used it in this context.
I'm not really shooting for originality here but more looking to practise effects. I found all the effects in these screenshots myself apart from "Dash of Colour", "Purple Lines" and "Gothic Recon" but I did change the original tutorial up a bit.
Nice screenshots. They are alot of the same figure and dont offer much variation but i like them each in their own way. I host a screenshot contest called Screenshot Of The Week where i make a theme and then you submit screenshots accordingly to the theme and the community votes on them. If the theme ever fits you should post one of your screenshots to submit.
Sorry, I worded that badly. What I meant was it was weird to see a couple screen shots that I really liked, right next to a couple that I really don't like. You have some good stuff, but you also have some bad stuff. That's what I mean by inconsistent.
Oh I see, I think it's more about your personal likes and dislikes really but thanks for your input anyway.
