It was made in MS Paint. I have Photoshop, but I suck at it. I'm fairly good at MS Paint though. (IMO)
ah ok that makes more sense. Personally think you should still try to use your Photoshop so you could learn but thats just me : /
Trust me, Shawn. Paint sucks for signitures unless you make the entire thign out of pixel art. This sig could be made in GIMP or Photoshop much quicker, and some of the issues with cutoffs would be far easier to fix.
