Ok, the second pistol you get, tracer dart... It's supposed to have RPG's lock onto it right? I've tried and it doesn't work.
Yeah it is supposed to. It doesn't immediately lock. Look towards the square target and when the distance appears it's locked on. It will stay so until the dart looses power or it moves out of LOS, but lock on can be regained in a matter of seconds anyway.
Typo, 2000 sorry. I call bull on that, the top guy on the leaderboard is only around 4000 and he has had about 300-400 hours.
The betas over already!? No wonder when I tried playing yesterday I couldn't sign on. The BC1 demo lasted way longer, up to the point where the actual game was out. I guess it was because one of the Special unlockables weapons required that you played the demo... My k/d was over 2. Its very easy staying alive in BC. I get a positive k/d every game.
In fact, if you have over 1.5 k/d, I would say that you are just a sniper ***** with no intent of actually benefiting your team by arming/disarming bombs. My k/d is a little over 1.0, but I arm/disarm bombs like a muthafucka and am usually the sole reason my team wins.
in speaking of camping I hate it when the defenders go to the little hill with the rock on it, you know the sniping spot that people just sit on the rock on the first base when they're attacking. Yeah I hate it when people camp there with the 870 combat shotgun.
You mean when the defenders run up there? Yeah? That only happens when they know theres a crew of snipers up there scoped in on your little friends below. You can ever target and turret them down or run up and knife them, never seen combat shotgun up there but I guess thats a possibility.
well it may not happen a lot to you but for me every 4 or 5 in 10 games there is always somebody camping behind it, but I guess thats what grenades are for, and thats also why I love to embarrass people behind the rock either with killing them with a grenade, c4, or beating their shotgun up close with an m9. Thats always funny.
I do agree that Snipers are only playing for their own benefit, but they do help a tiny bit (key word- tiny). They pick off people when they are entering bases or they do what I do and kill people disarming objectives. They also C4 vehicles (which is really funny to put on before people enter them and watch them blow up later)
Yeah. I'm a sniper and I always help my team in so many ways, cause I usually do the opposite of what I'm suppose to do, instead of sniping from far back I go lone wolf and pick off the other snipers, and vehicles, and this is something funny to do when you are bored when ever you get a game on PORT VALDEZ if you're defending go to objective A and put c4 in these places: in the fireplace, above the door that leads to the little gully type thing, and putt the other on the ceiling in the rooms with the windows, so when a group of people walk in pull out the detonator and... Booom! they wont know what hit'em . But I don't always do this because theres nothing I love more then killing people from far back.
Lets just say my M24 can beat a combat shotgun up close and personal I've had messages complaining about my noscope beating them ;p
lol i think i might have faced you lol, i wanted to get as many stars with certain weapons as possible so i went up with my shotgun and camped behind the rock... and i usually got killed by either a grenade, C4 or an m9... but i managed to get 9 gold stars with my 870 combat, XM8 prototype and the M24 lol
Ohh dear, 9 star 870 combat and xm8? If I played you I would have laughed if you killed me lmao -.- 9 star M24 is pretty good. I would have easily got that if I could have been bothered. How many hours did you accumulate?
